Hotel South Boston

« The room was ok, however we left the room for the day to come back and discover that something we had was missing. »

« Very clean hotel! It looks fairly new but it’s almost 10 years old. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was great! Nice size and the shower was huge! The shower head is very high so you can’t redirect it but that’s ok. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. My only issue was with the TV. It’s mounted so close to the wall I wasn’t able to plug in my Fire Stick TV which was a bummer. Other than that minor thing I have no complaints at all! Very nice place to stay. »

« Bathtub had mold all threw out the calking tub looked like it needed a good scrub place felt like it needed a good cleaning »

« Parking ok if you got there early. Hotel is very old and it looked like it. Two trucks sitting in parking lot partially disassembled. Pooled filled with dirt. I only met two staff members. One didnt speaked good English. I will say I slept decent and warm. I stayed for the price but even 72 dollars is too much. No breakfast of any type. Just don't. »

« Charles Bass is always a great place to stay. It's so tranquil and inviting. The place was clean and the entire home is beautiful. »

« Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Could use some hooks and/or towel racks other than the one over the toilet. The sink was in a different room with no where to hang your towel. ?? Heater made the room so dry. Did not sleep for the noise from the heater turning on and off (loud!). Staff was courteous. »

« The breakfast time was changed from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. over the weekend I was staying there so I could not eat breakfast on the second day. This was not disclosed when I checked in, so I didn't have any food with me for Sunday morning. »

« My husband is extremely picky on every detail And I will gladly say my husband was extremely impressed with this hotel. He said he would give them an a all across the board except for one thing they have crappy toilet paper. The staff is kind and go out of their way to make sure everybody is pleased. The rooms were clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The gaming area, very professional won a little bit on the casino floor didn’t go home broke love the experience would recommend to anybody »

« Good hotel for the price. I liked the refrigerator with the freezer. I was able to refreeze my ice blocks for my cooler. very spacious. good parking, close to the room I was in. good guest services. »
