„This was a brand-new home and fit our group of 15 perfectly. From kids to adults, everyone agreed this was a great house with an easy, short walk to the beach. The pool was large, and the surrounding area was great with a large outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor seating/lounging. There were some minor plumbing issues due to being so brand-new, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately by the very responsive property manager. „Apartment had everything we needed for a week’s stay, was well-kept and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and silverware. Fridge was full-size. Hot water and water pressure was great. Beds were comfortable. Location was right in downtown with easy parking on street or behind apartment. Larger vehicles may find it a bit tricky to park behind apartment, especially if neighboring parking spots are full. No street noise was noticed when we were inside. „Loved the property and the location was great. Loved that they had van transportation. The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing. “
