« I founded bugs in my bed. »

« Gunshots in the parking lot right outside my daughter's family's window, followed by huge police presence, a murder and one seriously injured. The police questioned my daughter & son in law. We have stayed here many times, but this was the last. The Speakeasy behind the hotel makes it an unsafe area. »

« We ended up not staying. We pulled up and the outside looked nothing like the picture. The picture was clearly AI. Walked inside and it had a strange smell. The lady running the front was nice, but walked up brushing her hair and had a baby sling on. There was a man standing behind her holding a baby. We ended up leaving and getting a room somewhere else. The reviews on the website were all good so I'm not sure what happened there. »

« Front staff were kind. Room had crumbs on the back of the couch and side table. No fridge in room (Expedia description was wrong). It was a full weekend so it was a bit loud. Breakfast was fine, but they didn’t keep up with restocking near the end of the breakfast time, and hours for breakfast on the weekend didn’t match the website. Convenient location to our activities in Goddard and Wichita. »

« Not enough people at the front desk making line ups. The hostess at the restaurant was not nice or helpful, with a hint of arrogance…. We decided not to eat there. »

« The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Our only complaint was that there was quite a bit of noise from other people opening and closing the doors to their rooms. »
