Châteaux à South Columbus

« The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

« On vrbo site theres a different address than property so my family that drove separately ended up at wrong address calling me, then we had to look up other address. Cups had lipstick stains on them, no washcloths, broken towel racks in bathroom. Bed linen had other people's hairs when pulling back comforter. Overall was an ok place to stay for the night for concert but i probably wouldn't choose the property again. The price seemed very expensive for what we had. »

« My grandkids and I enjoyed the room, it was clean and had great bathroom amenities. The breakfast was very good. The only downside was the pool was closed for renovations. »

« After being woke up at 2am and again at 4:45am by the guest next door, I was informed he is dropped off by his father and the hotel “babysits” him until someone comes back to pick him up. It could be days before someone returns. The night manager and the day manager both stated he has mental issues. I was unaware of this property being a “safe house” facility and would have reserved my one night stay somewhere else that wasn’t as expensive. I paid more thinking it would be a better experience...
