The dock's prime location on a wide channel near the Tahoe Keys entrance allows for some of the quickest and easiest lake access available in the neighborhood. Owners may occasionally access the opposite side of the dock with advance notice, while guests maintain full use of their designated docking area.

Property and Booking Information
• Pets are not allowed in this home. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog, we can assist you in finding a dog-friendly property.
• We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help arrange multiple properties.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature.

The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival.

Local Regulations
• Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County take rental compliance very seriously. Please review the rules outlined in your rental agreement to avoid fines or enforcement visits.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded.
• Street parking is prohibited.
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge).
