This adorable log cabin is pet-friendly and completely remodeled on the interior with brand new bathrooms, a brand new kitchen and appliances. The cabin features upgraded touches like heated floors throughout, air conditioning, and a wood-burning stove fireplace. All the comfortable furniture is brand new, including all mattresses and bedding. An all-in-one washer/dryer is available for guest use.

The home has a large wooden deck on the front. The backyard is not fenced and opens up to forest service lands with steps cut into the large granite rocks, offering lots of space to hike in the summer and snowshoe or play in the snow in the winter.

Located in a quiet residential area of the City of South Lake Tahoe, this cabin provides easy access to local trails, shopping, and dining.

To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.
Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Trash must be secured in bear-proof containers; do not leave food in your car!

Pets: Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fee. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s).
No smoking/vaping on the property (inside or outside).
