« Staff was kind at check in. Property is older, but has been well taken care of. The air conditioner in the room was old and had a weird smell. Breakfast was very good. All ice machines seemed to be out of order or just turned off. I asked at the front desk and they sent me the restaurant, but the ice machine waa empty. All staff I encountered was friendly. Overall, it was fine. I'd stay there again. »

« The room that they gave us was unacceptable. The Air conditioner never stopped its loud rattling. The TV was place in the middle of the room. No one could watch it in that position. « Fantastic location for all things Texas Tech, Rooms are generous and have what you need (refrigerator and Coffee pot). Food is honestly only ok. Had a Steak and it was charred to the point of tasting burnt. Both times I said there were issues with equipment at the Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby so was not able to get a latte. Tried the French toast for breakfast, which was good, but the menu is small. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. »

« The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay.
