They never shared a phone number, so waiting for message to go through, on the worst internet connection we have seen since 2010. BEWARE they call you a few hours before your trip starts to tell you the unit isn’t available then with no other option switch you into a hell hole of a place that windows and doors didn’t even lock in a bad neighborhood only to say you have to wait till the following day to get help.
