« We loved our stay. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor sitting area during our stay. The front desk staff and all employees we encountered were wonderful. The area is very quiet and we felt very safe. »

« Checked in on Friday afternoon, went to dinner and came back to discover that there was no cold water in our room. Went to bed thinking it would be better in am. It wasn't, the water was so hot that taking a shower was miserable. Had early baseball game, so when we return I went to front desk to inform them and they sent the maintenance person to our room. He informed us of the new upgrade to tank water system and there were issues with 3 other rooms and he couldn't fix it and had no solution....

« The hotel was in the process of being remodeled but we were there on the weekend and things were quiet. The room was very clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the water views were beautiful. The hotel was right next door to Cedars restaurant and we had great food and a very nice server. The staff at the hotel were great too! »

« The breakfast was not the best unfortunately. They put like cheese wiz or something like that in the eggs. I’m not sure what it is, but it’s gritty… had to scrape it off just to make the eggs edible. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I had to move the couch a bit so that I could get the pull out bed ready and there was trash underneath the couch. Also, the TV didn’t work. Even the lady at the front desk tried to help me and couldn’t get any of the channels to work. I would to say that she was...

« Dual king bed rooms was great! Perfect for the family. We would’ve overlooked the ‘No Courtesy luggage hold’, the wet dog smell in the elevator, and broken night lamps. But even though we could have daily housekeeping we opted to do it just once during our 4 night stay to be eco-friendly and considerate. Just to find returning in the evening that the cleaning didn’t happen. All towels were still in the tub. All garbage bins were full. I left a tip and a thank you note for nothing. The...
