Great location, the breakfast is one of the best we had on our entire trip and was included in the price of the room, which was very reasonable. They charge for parking, which is surprising in a town of this size and given it is an outside parking lot not all of which is paved; however, they will quickly advise you that you can park for free across the street, which we did.

Dinner restaurant food and service were excellent. Lamb shank and arctic char were superb, as was the blueberry dessert. Very good wine list. Restaurant manager was very attentive and personable. Breakfast buffet was very good. No facial tissue in rooms. Hotel exceeded expectations.

I love the staff services from the hotel most! Very friendly and helpful! The food for the breakfast and dinner were very good too! Love Kirkenes! Hope one day we will come back and visit again!

Good overnight stay.
Comfortable overnight stay. Excellent location. Good breakfast. Evening meal in the hotel was of a high standard, albeit the menu is quite limited. Convenient for the airport bus. We would stay again.

It just happened that we can view northern lights at around the property. Nice . And the bus to the KKN airport stops right here also.

Excellent hotel.
Had a good room overlooking the fjord, bed was comfortable, room was good, could not fault it. Coffee machine in lobby. Reception staff friendly, no interaction with restaurant staff at breakfast but they were extremely busy. Breakfast was excellent. Saw the Northern lights from the terrace. Good location to town. Shame they never offered a light dinner like the Clarions and Thon Tromso.

Loved this hotel…location, spacious room, friendly staff, delicious meals in the hotel dining room, great breakfast buffet. First time staying at a hotel in the Thon group, but wish all hotels could provide such a positive experience!

Väldigt trevligt hotell i Kirkenes!
Vi kunde checka in på rummet väldigt tidigt på förmiddagen, vilket var ovärderligt för oss som kom från Havila Kystruten väldigt tidigt på morgonen. Personalen var mycket trevlig, tillmötesgående och serviceminded. Middagen var utsökt. Frukosten var magisk! Zoran, från Serbien, som väl är Manager, kan vara stolt över sitt fina hotell!
