« Check in easy, great communications - very quick & answered any questions. Great location for what we needed, layout of house was perfect for us, Roku let us stream all the shows we wanted to watch. Ate out so didn’t use kitchen a lot, beds were comfortable. When we come back to visit our daughter will use again. »

There was a lot of stuff that needs improvement including a broken shade in the upstairs bathroom, no shade in the downstairs bathroom, disconnected slats in the bedframe in one of the bedrooms, TV remote with dead batteries, lamps missing the knobs to turn them on and off, missing bulbs in some of those same lights, no outside light in the back of the house, disconnected door on a kitchen cabinet, loose panels on the baseboard heaters, and bedside tables that...
