This spot is in a great, mostly quiet location. The house is spacious and very clean. We had a bit of difficulty with check in and check out because there just wasn't any information in the app to tell us what to do like there usually is for check-in, and there wasn't anything we could find in the app or in the house about what they hoped we would do at check out. (For check in, I e-mailed, texted, and then finally had to call in order to get the code to check in. Usually, that information would just show up in the app about 24 hours before hand..)
Otherwise, things were exactly as described... Although we didn't make use of them, there were lots of snacks and other items available all around the first floor. The refrigerator was also a great addition, and my friend had fun using the Spotify app built into the fridge to play music while he prepared food. It's a great set up, especially for the price.
The only other negative feedback I would have was about all the scents in the house. When we first arrived, there was a heavily scented candle burning. There were also two plugin air fresherners and one hanging/car-style air fresherner on the first floor, and another plugin on the second. I personally had a really bad reaction, and was having difficulty breathing (eyes itching, nose running, coughing) until we figured out it was the air freshners and put them all in drawers to try and air things out. It may be a good idea to limit those sorts of chemicals when renters are coming in, as many folks are just allergic or have bad reactions to them!
