« We had a lovely stay at the Ocean Breeze. Location was ideal with its proximity to the beach and restaurants. Facility was as described with a lovely pool and well appointed rooms. The breakfast was the perfect start to our day! Would definitely recommend. »

« Long weekend over July 4th. Wooded lot on a hill overlooking Follins Pond. Private access to the water, dock, and deck on cabana overlooking same. Gorgeous! Several kayaks canoe available. Long, one level house with bedrooms at either end (enables high degree of privacy for a couple). The house (although not the waterfront itself) is very accessible for the mobility challenged, including broad flat patio off the back. »

« This place is gorgeous. Down a quiet street, plenty of room inside the house for a family (we had 8 total). Front or back yard for kids to play. Plenty of kitchen room to cook and an outside grill. Owner made the check in and out process easy. »

« Great location and very comfortable house We stayed for 4 nights and I would definitely book again. The yard is small but has everything you might need and you are so close to the beach you can walk easily. The location is close to everything on route 28 so you can use the yard for a quick barbecue before you head back out this place was a gem »

« The house and location are great! We enjoyed walking to the local beach and the central location made it easy to explore many other places on the cape. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels ans comfy beds. We loved having the use of sand chairs, umbrellas and beach toys! Thanks for sharing your wonderful welcoming home. »

« This house is much larger inside than it looks from the outside. Very clean and everything looks fairly new. The location is great as there are a number of beaches/restaurants/stores close by. We would definitely stay here again »

« The house was very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable furnitue, fun touches of Cape Cod decor, and everything you could need or want. The large yard and nice patio were a big plus. We found the location convenient to all the places we were going and found a number of great restaurats minutes away. »

« We had an amazing week! The listing pictures somehow do not do this place justice. The house is immaculate, cozy in the best way, and totally family-friendly. Our hosts provided everything we could have needed from beach towels to luxurious shower products to wooden skewers for s'mores. The outdoor space is gorgeous, too! We spent HOURS kayaking, fishing, floating...just an absolute blast. »

« Everything about the property was accurate and just what we were looking for. Easily accommodated our 5 adults and one infant. We were close to beaches on the ocean side of the cape. And restaurants and other places were a quick trip in the car. Ice cream is within walking distance for that late night treat! The owner was quick to respond to our one question! Never had to interact again because there was no reason to! I would definitely go back!! 5 star!! »
