Hotel Southern Highlands

« Rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated. Bathrooms are a bit on the small side but other wise in room ammenities are ample. Breakfast was lovely and satisfying set in a gorgeous space with beautiful views. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful Highlands weekend away. »

« Our stay was great! We had a room with a view of the golf course, our room was clean and freshly renovated. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Staff from reception through to bar staff were all very polite and eager to help when needed. »

Motel : pas de chance, nous avons eu la plus mauvaise chambre avec le bruit des claquements de portes insupportables, la salle de bain avec la douche visible par les clients qui montent au 1er étage, car on est obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour évacuer l'humidité donc pas d'intimité, le canapé lit qui grince. La partie restauration est pratique avec pizzeria et bistrot, mais attention il est appliqué une augmentation...

« Room was very small with creaky floors and very noisy overall. Elm balcony room has a shared balcony which wasn’t specified so I had people talking and hanging outside my room and could see inside my room. This is expensive hotel and I would have expected better rooms but given it’s and old building I guess that’s too be expected. Overpriced for what it is. Staff and service were excellent so that was positive. »

« The rooms have been very recently refurbished and the room was clean and well designed. It had only just been renovated and a nail was protruding from under the carpet which I managed to walk on and gashed my foot. Told the manager whilst eating dinner downstairs in the pub. He thanked me for alerting home to the fact. He went to our room with a hammer to remove the danger. Thought it might have been a nice gesture to have said can I get you two a drink on the house. But no. A little...

« Great situation for local exploration, excellent position to get to Sydney, especially outer Sydney or the coast. Wonderful food experiences close by. »
