„Clean, quiet and warm. What else for a business trip“

„Unser Zimmer, insbesondere Bad, renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück sehr geringe Auswahl, Qualität nicht zufrieden stellend und somit mit 8 Pfund je Erwachsenem zu teuer.“

„Hotel im Zentrum, Zimmer o.k. (nicht mehr und nicht weniger), Bad noch relativ neu, eher mittelmäßiges (englisches Frühstück).“

„Very clean, Tom the barman was very helpful. Not far to town centre.“

„Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay“

„We enjoy are stay but definitely room for improvement the garden furniture definitely needs upgrading and the kitchen table and chairs and the kitchen light keep switching on and off witch was a pain dont understand why kitchen light on a timer witch was pain when your eating and there ware few missing items from kitchen like measure jug and trays but the host did come around to replace them also the beds are very small so me and my wife had to sleep in separate beds so not sure if we world ...

„House was clean and well equipped and was a pleasure to stay“

„Lovely place to stay“

„I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended!“

„Absolutely fantastic, every aspect of the stay was faultless.“

„Electric shower is good but can be better“

„The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing.“

„This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again.“

„Really clean and well presented, have tried to book again for August but not available for the dates required Will keep an eye for future visits to the area“
