« We booked The Babette for my brother’s family of 6 and me. We were so happy with the spacious, large, and clean accommodations. I stayed upstairs and had the king bed/bathroom and access to both patios. My brother and his wife stayed in the room with the Queen bed (bathroom attached as well) and all four of my nephews staying in the room with two queen beds. There was water for us to drink, with a spare 5 gallon container and plenty of dishes to use (no dishwasher) for any food you want to make...

« We really enjoyed our stay at the Pine Tree Villa. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient. The home is a 30 minute walk from central San Ignacio, so the neighborhood is quiet but it's still easy to stop by town. »

« Overall, the property was great. We did have the hot water heater go out, and there is an air conditioning in every room, but the property manager communicated great greatly and provided us a discount of 50 for the inconvenience of not having hot water for three of our four days there. »

« This property was peaceful and serene in the jungle of Belize. The views from each room were picturesque and simply amazing. The home is remote from town and roads are not the best but still a wonderful place to stay. The host Walter is very knowledgeable and helpful and accommodating. With his guidance, we were able to see all of the local sites including the ruins, waterfalls, cave etc. The location of the house is perfect, and we were able to see the spider monkeys, enjoy the pontoon boat...

« Check in couldn't have been easier. Terry, the host, was in contact with us while we were there and went the extra mile and gave us complimentary snacks and drinks. We didn't have any issues during our short stay. The pool was a great and relaxing amentity, especially after coming back from a tour in the hot month of August. « This property was absolutely amazing! The staff was over-the-top with their friendliness, hospitality, and service! A pool side plate of nachos was served with white linen service. We ate several dinners there and everyone in our family thought it was the best meal of our trip!! Portions were generous as well. Excursions arranged through the hotel were on point and competitive with other excursions booked elsewhere. The hotel itself was a piece of art with all the mahogany and wood finishes....

« This was our first trip to San Ignacio and we weren’t sure what to expect. There were 7 of us ranging in age from 11 to 46. Here is what we liked and disliked:Pros: Plenty of space and beds/bedrooms, 2 living rooms with couches to hang out together. We didn’t do any cooking, but there is a large kitchen and dining area. Price was great. WiFi worked great throughout the house. There is a gated (doesn’t lock) driveway in front of the house. It’s at a difficult angle but plenty of space to park 1...

« This was the adventure we were hoping for! We visited with our teens (14 and 16). It is such a beautiful location and we really enjoyed seeing wildlife up close! We saw agouti, river otters, howler monkeys, bats, toucans, and several other beautiful birds during our stay. The rope swing and being able to get in the river was very nice. Mike and the ladies at Cohune are so nice! Mike is very knowledgeable about the area and is happy to share. The food was also amazing! Highly recommend breakfast...
