« We get together every year for our mom’s birthday. We try to go someplace different every year where we have things to do and can all be together. Staying at Victory Properties was the perfect place to do that. Lily the host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of when we needed something or had questions. « Pros: The Kitchen! Was able to cook for my family of four with no problems! Fully stocked! Even spices! The beds were comfortable, with a TV in each room. The closets were huge! Great communication with the owner!Cons: No outdoor seating but a quick trip to Walmart where we bought chairs solved that. The living room couch was not very comfortable. « The duplex was cute but not as clean as I was hoping for. Also, the pictures and description say it’s a private backyard but it’s a duplex and someone else lives in the other side and you share the backyard with them. It felt a little awkward being in someone else’s space because the entire yard is fenced in but half of it belongs to the people who live on the other side. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe and the location is nice. »

« Daughter and I visited my granddaughter who goes to TU. The house was perfect for us! Very close to the campus in a nice quiet neighborhood. Some of the pleasant surprises were the private back yard with a deck and comfy chairs for watching birds, squirrels and bunnies; lights above the twin beds for reading; caring and gracious hosts.
