„I listed some problems that can be easily overcome by being certain to establish communication with the host early. Host's communication was through an app that I had never used and no communication was disquieting at check-in time. That aside, our stay was AWSOME!!. „Nice clean place with lots of amenities. We picked this place to stay with our two teen children so they could each have their own room, we had a rental car and parking is on the property, and it’s fairly close to downtown. It’s situated in a nice quiet family friendly neighborhood. Rather than try parking downtown we left the car there and took taxis to and from the Latin Quarter, which is about a 10 minute ride. „We were sent the wrong information from Vrbo so spent about an hour trying to figure out how to check in. At one point the host was trying to figure out another property to stay in and we actually in the car on the way to another property when the issue was figured out.“

The neighborhood is also next to a school, so there is morning and afternoon noise from the kids walking to and from. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable and the host was friendly. “
