Check-in was easy, great staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our bathroom was needing maintenance though, but it was clean. It just had signs of wear, it was not dirty. We would stay again.

I have stayed here several times and each time the staff has been very responsive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with full amenities.

It is loud if your room faces the street. I would stay again but would request the opposite side. I had trouble sleeping.

Staff very friendly and room is a typical motel room . Disappointed the pool and exercise room still closed ( has been for many months) should probably not advertise that these are amenities on web site if they are closed . Did appreciate the friendliness of the staff however …. Sure makes things pleasant !

I just thought it needed to be cleaned up. We didn’t get any room service as far as fresh towels that the carpet in the entryway needed to be cleaned.

Property is right on a very busy street. Sirens, motorcycles, mufflers all night long. My room faced the street and when I went to lock the balcony, it didn’t lock! There was no lock. After a sleepless night woke up to no hot water. Took two luke warm showers. Spokane hosts these big tournaments but doesn’t have decent hotels for everyone. And they gauge you with pricing. But… next time I will just pay a higher price or go further away from downtown.

There was no hot water. The wifi didn’t work. Only two towels for three guests. Breakfast ended before the posted time. The pool and exercise room were closed until further notice.

The front desk staff at this priperty were VERY nice and personable. The public open areas were very clean, but the room's bathroom could have been cleaner/smelling better. The hot water temp for shower and sink were much lower than I would have liked, even when the knobs were maxed out in the hot direction...maybe about 102°...my hot tub is hotter than what I experienced showering. The mattress was firmer than I like, but this is a common hotel complaint. The breakfast was basic...microwaveable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, strawberry cream cheese filled, tear apart bagel strips, mini yogurts, red delicious apples, boxed juices and coffee. The traffic on Division St is heavy, especially during commuter hours. There are many fast food and restaurant options in the area, as well as shopping, pharmacies and banks. It's very close to the Riverside attractions. For a one-night stay it was okay, but I wouldn't book this location for more than that.

We are elderly and got stuck on a lower level. We had to drag our bags down 2 flights of stairs as they do not have an elevator. The heat pump was super loud all night long. I had ear plugs, my partner did not. Other then that the staff was wonderful, the place was super clean and the breakfast was great.

We had a very nice stay. The only thing was we asked for an extra blanket and never got it. And there was some guy checking out the cars in the parking lot. They said they had security but didn't see any. Other than that it was nice and clean. The staff seemed nice and curtis.
