SERENE PROPERTY!

The land across the lake from our home is all State Park, so there are no houses in your view. Experience tranquility at our stunning lakefront retreat, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature's beauty. Located in a quiet cove, it is perfect for swimming, sitting by the firepit, or relaxing in the hot tub. The property has 400+ feet of waterfront and 7 acres for hiking, exploring, and wildlife. Enjoy peaceful waterfront from our luxury double-decker boathouse complete with sound system, lighting features, waterfall, WIFI, and bar area with tv. It’s perfect for relaxing, fishing, or tying up your boat. We have all kinds of fun activities to enjoy during your stay. Explore the Cove or nearby Lake Anna State Park with complimentary kayaks and paddle boat, play a competitive game of corn hole, or roast some marshmallows under the stars in our brand-new firepit patio.

HOME SWEET HOME!

Our home is super cozy and has a TON of natural light thanks to the large, floor-to-ceiling windows. We have a comfortable sectional in the living area with a 70” Roku smart tv to stream your favorite shows, as well as a wood-burning fireplace, which is perfect for a movie night. We have a large kitchen and an 8-person dining room table with an additional 2 seats at the kitchen island; perfect for large groups, or the entire family. There is a dedicated workspace upstairs, great for remote work. We have a screened-in porch right off the kitchen with a cozy loveseat and hanging swinging chair that is ideal for morning coffee and decompressing after a long lake day. Enjoy grilling delicious BBQ on the propane gas grill, dining, or just soaking up the views on the furnished wrap-around deck. Perhaps read a book or take a nap in the hammock. We also have a beautiful, newly finished basement that has an entertainment area with convertible pool table, ping pong table, and dining table. You will also find the "Pigeon Cove Hideaway" in the basement complete with lounge furnishings, shuffleboard, tv, and fireplace. Just outside you will find our brand new patio complete with hot tub, firepit and lounge area, which is perfect for taking in those gorgeous Lake Anna views with your friends and family.


COZY BEDROOMS:

The gorgeous master bedroom, appropriately named "Lakeside Retreat," is on the main floor with its own en suite, newly remodeled, full bath. It has a comfy king bed, huge and bright windows, smart tv, and private access to the wrap-around deck.

The first bedroom upstairs, dubbed "Lake Anna Aerie" is a nod to the amazing eagle's view it offers. It undoubtedly has the best view of the lake in the house, a king bed, and a spacious closet.

The second upstairs bedroom, "Cove Overlook," has a queen size bed, as well as a twin daybed with twin trundle bed. It has great views overlooking Pigeon Cove and the lake.

Together, "Lake Anna Aerie" and "Cove Overlook" share another newly remodeled full bathroom.

The finished basement has a large bedroom, which we lovingly refer to as "Gathered Dreams," which comfortably fits a full size bed, a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle, and another twin over twin bunk bed.

There is another full bathroom downstairs, as well.

There is also a fold-down sofa bed in the Pigeon Cove Hideaway.


DOG LOVERS:

We love well-behaved dogs! Feel free to bring up to three pets of any size for no additional charge.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

Enjoy easy access to a stress-free getaway with keyless entry to your waterfront retreat.

You have free reign of the entire property (all 7 acres!), but please respect any locked spaces, as well as the attic crawl space, which are not for guest use.

There is free parking in our private driveway, which can accommodate up to 10 vehicles depending on size. Parking is limited to the house driveway only.

Please be a respectful neighbor. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Do not engage in illegal activity. Limit parking to the house driveway only. There are surveillance cameras at the front and side entrances, over the boat slip, and on the back of the boathouse, that monitor audio and video.
