But we noticed cigarette burns on the couch and curtains, as well as a large stain of some sort on the couch. Noticed small ants on the floor crawling around. Kitchen sink did not work. No water flow at all. Washer and dryer had a do not use sign on them. I inquired to the owner about the sign and he said that it would cost extra to use them even though they were listed as amenities in the ...

The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best.
