Dieses Ferienhaus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang sowie einen DVD-Player. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Ofen ausgestattet, als gewisse Extras findest du aber auch einen Privatpool und einen Kamin vor.

We’ve rented several vac homes over the years, but this one far exceeded our expectations. House was cleaned and stocked with anything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the huge fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The golf course gave us a great view. We saw sand hill cranes that visited almost every day as well as a couple of large tortoises running across the sand. Yes, running! Never saw one move so fast! We visited the Mermaids, saw manatee, alligators and beautiful sunsets. If you want a really nice house and area to visit, this is your place! Definitely going back! The host was great! She responded quickly and answered all our questions. I can’t think of one single negative thing to say. Loved it!

The house and its kitchen are very well appointed and met every need of ours. It is also very spacious inside and in the back yard. We loved our walks with our dogs on the adjoining golf course. The furnishings were quite nice and comfortable and in very good shape.

Wonderful, peaceful, place to stay

This was our second time staying at this VRBO property and we loved it. My sister lives about a five minute drive away, so it's very convenient for us--and there are lots of choices for restaurants if you choose to eat out. The house is large and well equipped, with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The owner, Vivian, is so nice, and always available when you have a question or problem. We plan to come back on our next family visit.

Excellent Rental - we stayed for a month

We spent the month of February at the property to get away from the cold in the northeast. The property is exactly as advertised. It is very large with a great lanai. The pool was too cold to swim in but we really enjoyed the hot tub. The home is clean, well-maintained and beautifully decorated with every amenity you could ever want. While we were there we had to call about a problem with the garbage disposal and the property manager showed up within 30 minutes and fixed it right up. The owners were very responsive to any questions throughout the whole process. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Accommodations!

The property was as described. It was clean, check in was simple and the host responded to questions quickly. Loved all the little amenities...toiletries, water, granola bars, apples, etc. There were plenty of towels, we had a large group. We enjoyed the back patio, pool and hot tub. The perfect home!

We picked this home because of the spacious room it has. We were there for a family wedding and we were able to have family come visit us. The pool area was nice to hang out in. Having a golf course right in the back yard was fun. Please beware of the turtle or turtle's, they were on the golf course and once in the driveway when we were trying to leave the first day, so I checked everytime before leaving for them. Vivian is extremely nice and accomadating. If I have a situation where I need a rent a home close to family again, I will be looking to see if this one is available.

A Wonderful Stay even through a Hurricane

We were 3 adult having a long-awaited family reunion; we came from NY to visit my sister who lives nearby. Vivian, the owner, was very nice & always quick to respond to any issues. Hurricane Milton hit midweek, but we had running water, even when the power went out. The property is lovely & well appointed, with plenty of things to keep you busy. The house is huge, a bit of a maze with 2 large bedrooms and 2 smaller ones, plus 3 bathrooms. 1 of the large bedrooms is upstairs, but all the toilets are downstairs, so as Seniors who often get up during the night, we chose to sleep downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked & we spent a lot of time enjoying the lanai. Weather didn't permit using the pool, but we hope to do that next time. There are lots of restaurants & stores in the area. We really had no complaints and are hoping to stay here again on our next FL visit.

Golf Trip Success

My friends and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and had excellent accommodations during our stay. The house was prepped and ready when we arrived even shortly after hurricane Helene came through just days before. We traveled to different golf courses in the Tampa area during our stay and enjoyed the location. We were extremely pleased with all of the amenities offered and making it feel like home from beginning to end!

We enjoyed our visit, it was quiet. The only downfall was we could not enjoy the hot tub because it was dirty, with that said, the owner offered to send someone but we were all out and had the dogs there, we opted out of that. There were plenty of towels as well as dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, and even shampoo, conditioner and soap! The screened in pool was our favorite part! I would have enjoyed the hot tub more if we went in a different season!! Vivian was very quick to answer questions and even offered to come out and help us with an electronics issue. The house was very close to shopping and Pine Island Park! We had a great time!
