I’ve waited to leave a review until the management company made things right but it’s been over 2 weeks they have not done so. We booked the house for 3 nights and left early in the morning after one. The following issues arised including safety hazards and lack cleanliness-Back door doesn't meet residential codes for safety with with a door leading to pool (my 3 young kids could easily get out the door with the low easy lock and right out the door is very steep steps)- Hazardous rodent bait placed throughout the house that my children kept finding and bringing to me (I have a 1 year old as stated in the reservation and she doesn’t know to not put things in her mouth) - fridge/freezer not holding temperature and all food ruined (this was brought to their attention upon checkin and they said to “give it time” which makes no sense seeing as it was empty and not holding temp when we got there at 60 degrees”- stagnant water with mosquitos in what looks to be the former hot tub that was filled with concrete and large weeds with thorns and trash by pool- stain (blood?) on comforter in master bedroom- internet connection and tv issues - dead flies all on the ground that my husband vacuumed when we got there- musty smell to the house -when the AC kicks on in the master it wakes you up each time cause it sounds like a rocket taking off BUT it does get cold so that’s a plus. Side notes - 2 of the bathrooms are nicely renovated but 1 is not.

Great for families or groups!

We would definitely stay here again! Its super clean, comfy and roomy. We had a larger group and never felt crowded at all. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and the heater and AC were super efficient and reliable and kept us super comfortable. The communication with the manager was eqsy and helpful

Not impressed at all

So many issues that were not expressed in the photos! Rented this place for the holiday to spend with family based on photos and was disappointed. Fireplace not working, pool shut down the day we arrived. Lights and electrical not working in one of the bathrooms and no running water in the shower of another bathroom. Hardly any dishes for cooking and storing food. Porch to the house covered in mud and leaves so you tracked mud in the house if you didn’t take off your shoes. Not able to park your cars in the garage. After communicating this to the management several times, no resolution and no compensation. Their only response was “sorry for the inconvenience this may caused”. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Disappointed

The house was not clean - large webs with bugs in main rooms, ants in kitchen, floor was dirty, kitchen counters were only clean on main areas, under furniture is terrible, the outside hasn’t been kept clean/ no upkeep; back hadn’t even been blown off. Several lightbulbs out and all lights very dirty. Kitchen sink leaking. I expected a cleaner house. I would personally recommend a couch cover or new couch. Posting is misleading - The microwave is dorm size, the 4th bedroom is separate from house making you go through a dirty garage full of old appliances/ trash, air mattresses not regular / futon beds. There is no gym area and the grill doesn’t ignite. The pool is not the bright blue and much smaller than it looks in pictures. The house is older and definitely has smell of an old house. Positives: bathrooms were clean, plenty of linens, Large back area, check in was easy, updates have been made, bedroom furniture modern, game room was a hit with the kids.

What a great spot

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. It's a great location and the house is roomy and very comfortable. It was cold out so we were disappointed that we weren't notified that the fireplace wasn't working. We had a couple of issues during our stay that were addressed promptly and the maintenance gentleman is to be commended for his work and kindness.

Sweet memories

Our family came together to celebrate the baptism of our tenth grandchild. He and his parents (our daughter, her husband and their three year old daughter) live in Springdale. Their home is conveniently close to Excaliber, Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was just the right size for the adults to visit while the kids had a blast. The game room was a big hit as well! Communication with the property manager was excellent and always prompt

Perfect Stay For Large Group

We had a group of eight and this place was perfect. We loved the amenities of the game room and the pool. The patio was nice to sit out on and enjoy the summer night. We would definitely recommend this place.

Nice looking HOme

The heat did not work when we got there and luckily we had an HVAC contractor in our group. -2 temp and the home wa freezing. He fixed it or we would have been frozen. The fireplace did not work either. The floor wa dirty like it had been mopped with a dirty mop. The bedroom and bath were nice. The home wa a flip home and the work had not been completed. All communication through computer text wa annoying. And I had text them with a few quetion and never got a repone
