« Child screaming “there is a bug in the bed on the pillow!” … called the front desk and she asked me to come down and show her the picture! So I did, and she said they were totally booked and had no alternative and would report it to the manager!!! The girls asked if they could sleep in the lobby?? I said no!! « Our room was spacious and clean. The shade was broken, so didn't get to have any sunlight, but it was a quick overnight stay and not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. So many choices and everyone was happy. Loved my chat with the night desk fella when I checked in. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would for sure go back. »
