Nees serious renovation
This establishment is in poor condition and need serious renovation. The only part that was clean was the bed sheets and towels. Carpet was extremely dirty (my yound son feet were black from dirt, bathroom was borderline with hole around the shower pommel and faucet. The bathtub mat has never been removed to be clean. Internet was not functional (despite the router being directly on the ceiling outside my door. The attending person did not care, restaurant was close. Nothing is Quality about this Quality Inn.

Our room was clean, thats the only up side . We were on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Breakfast was only a muffin or cold cereal. Waffle machine wasnt working properly. Only 1 staff member at checkin and he apparently was new. Room was noisy from outside noises and air conditioner. The pillows were the size of couch pillows only flat

The room was clean. The property is declining. Bathroom had been refinished but not by a professional. No ELEVATOR. Our room was litterally the farthest from the front desk on the 2nd floor. Day 1 tv remote not working. Front desk replaced batteries but still didnt work and wasnt walking back. Day 2 parked close to doors to the room only to have the key card not working. Walked back to the front. They had only activated for 1 night. Also refrigerator not working. Property was close to our event. You get what you pay for. But we will not be staying here again.

We were happy with our overall stay at this location. Rooms were clean and the pool was great for our family with grandchildren. Sadly the property is showing signs of wear and tear. The external door to the hallway was never locked from the outside, which caused some concerns for safety (nothing happened, though). The breakfast bar was good with waffles, cereal and fruit. There are several food options at this exit, and it was convenient to the graduation and wedding we attended over the weekend. The rates are good and the staff attentive, so we would recommend this hotel.

Anyone can walk into the hotel. Outside doors are not locked. Hallways smelled like pot. Room is old and air conditioner didn’t work and had to move to a new room. Hot tub was broken. This place is a dump.

The exterior was extremely noisy and busy. I spent a total of 4 minutes in the room before I declined to stay and requested a refund. The room was unclean, stains on the mirror and walls of the bathroom, paint chips on every wall and door in addition to being able to hear all of the noise from the exterior. After being assured I’d be refunded the facility went back on that request and neither I or Expedia could get adequate customer service. I’m a traveling professional who runs a small business and I’ve never had this problem before. The poor customer service was just as concerning as the state of the property and room. It is not as advertised from the second you arrive sadly.

There are multiple doors around the hotel where you can go inside to access your room none of them lock or require a key card to get in anyone could just walk in. At the pool someone noticeably on drugs came and danced with a rug and then covered up with it in front of the bathroom. Beds are extremely hard.

Do not Stay here!! People live here. Smells like a bar. The room was disgusting had blood stained shower curtains and tub. Domestic disputes in the hallway and rooms. Honestly would doubt if a prostitution ring isn't going on.

The 2 doors to get into the building was broken, the lock on the room door was broken. 2 light bulbs were burnt out. Hair drier started smoking and making a trouble noise then stopped working. A very loud noise from the room above ours. Breakfast was good with coffee and waffles.

The lobby and pool area were probably the cleanest places of the hotel. When i turned the heat on it blew a nasty smoke/dust in the air and smelled like it wouldve caught fire if left on. I had a king room with a pull out couch. The pull put mattress had what looked like dried puke on it. There were no blankets or sheets for the pullout bed. The front office wouldnt supply anything but clean towels. The water came out rusty brown in the tub. They allowed us to switch rooms at 2 AM to a double bed room across the hall. I was in 148 and was moved to 149. The fire alarm had no batteries in it and beeped all night. I was too tired to even say anything at that point. I am very disappointed and will never get a room at that hotel again!

I was charged for the room and then assessed a penalty, not very friendly of your establishment when I have stayed in the past. You will lose me as a customer in the future if this is not fixed.

Came for my Aunts funeral. Drove from Wisconsin to Ohio. First there was garbage outside where you first come in..looked like some one vomited. Checked in, changed and went to the visitations. We had room 108 since it had a little sitting area in the "courtyard" from our patio door. Before I left I looked out the patio door to see beer cans and garbage. When we left to the funeral home, nobody was at the front desk. So I called once we were going out to dinner to request it be cleaned up. We want to have a couple adult drinks sitting out there and talking. BUT NOTHING!! Ceiling tiles discolored from water damaged. in the hallway it looked like some one had a bag of garbage that leaked and was dragged. No uniforms on the employees so you had no idea who was employee or a guest. Spoke to the person when I checked out and wasn't given a receipt like I ask due to printer issues. Still waiting to get my receipt. DISAPPOINTED!!

desk clerk was very helpful in trying to find me a room without broken windows or window that did not lock. outside doors were not locked. room itself was clean. halls etc not so much
