« Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support.To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't...

The central location made it easy to walk to cafes, restaurants and shopping, which was great with young children. Our host always responded quickly and was very helpful. Would totally recommend this house for a getaway. We certainly could have stayed longer. »
