« The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no ! »

« Perfect place to stay for our short visit to the area. We were made to feel very welcome from the outset. Staff were helpful and friendly. Cosy bedroom, comfy beds. All very clean. The food was tasty. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfasts. »

« Choisi pour la piscine et le jacuzzi, en fait c'était juste des jets dans un côté de la piscine donc même température à savoir très froide ! Sauna tout juste chaud. La vue sur la mer de la chambre à partir d'une petite fenêtre entre deux murs et non d'un " bow window" plus panoramique était le minimum...au moins le petit déjeuner , avec prise de commande donc varié, était très bon. »

« We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved the caravan. Beds are slightly uncomfortable but to be expected in a caravan and no toilet roll provided. Facilities in the park are great. The swimming pool has some great slides (you do have to pay for swimming but definitely worth it), kids loved the evening disco and there is a free train ride going round the park which was nice. Overall a lovely stay thankyou! It does say 7 minutes walk to Prestatyn beach but the main bit was actually over 55 minutes on...

« Easy check-in. Tidy room bed and bit soft for my liking. Quick food service. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Staff polite. Pool table and dart board nice little extra. Breakfast spot on. »

« Good hotel for our short 2 night stay visiting relatives in the area. The management were very helpful and provided anything we asked for. We didn’t have dinner there so can’t comment on that aspect, but breakfast was first class and cooked freshly to order. »
