The first floor offers one guest bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, alongside a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped to inspire culinary creativity, opening seamlessly to a dining space, a comfortable living room with doors to the outdoor porch and fenced in backyard. Completing this level is a well-appointed laundry room.

Second Floor -
The second-floor features three additional guest bedrooms, along with 2 full bathrooms for convenience. A private balcony just outside the secondary living room. All bedrooms and both livingrooms come with tvs. The upstairs living space has a pullout couch.

You’ll have access to the entire Villa with the exception of the locked owner’s closet and garage.

This is a 2 story Villa - the main living, dining and kitchen are on the 1st floor, as well as 1 queen bedroom and 1 full bathroom. The remaining bedrooms, bathrooms and second living room are on the second floor (there is no elevator).


Our Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that your stay will be worry-free. If you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them immediately, and we’ll send our team to resolve any concerns. Your comfort is our top priority!


House Rules:
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

This retreat is 1 of 2 units, please respect the other guests next to you and our neighbors. **Parties are NOT allowed and will result in immediate eviction with no refund offered. Please adhere to the City`s quiet hours from 10pm-8am, thank you for your cooperation.

Max 4 Parking spots assigned to each unit, 2 on the side of the driveway and two in the driveway behind the garage for Villa A. Please note the garage is not for guest use.

Primary renter must be present on all bookings and over 25 years of age.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

No Pets allowed.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee.

No Smoking or Vaping:
Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the unit. Our building has a highly sensitive, interconnected smoke detection and fire alarm system. Smoking or vaping inside the unit may trigger the fire alarm for the entire building, resulting in unnecessary disruption for all guests.
