Beautiful view

Lovely, very bright condo with a spectacular view. We didn't get to enjoy the balcony much because it rained most of the time. 😕 Amy was a wonderful host and rates all the stars allowed!

Quiet location but close to activities

We stayed at the Coquina condo at Crescent Beach for four nights. The condo was adequate enough. It is in a quiet location with a private beach and a pool. The pool is not heated so it was too cold to get in. The condo states they had beach chairs so I did not take mine; however they were just regular lawn chairs so not at all comfortable to sit on the beach.

Wonderful in every way!!

This is the second year we have stayed in this condo! Has everything needed to make for a perfect vacation. And you won’t find a more attentive and responsive owner - she’s absolutely wonderful to work with! Highly recommend for anyone, but especially for families with kids/grandkids!!!

The condo was super cute and very well equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful family vacation. The owner was super friendly and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything at all. Another wonderful stay at B207!

This was our second time staying at Coquina B207, and once again, it did not disappoint. The condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and stocked with everything we could need for the beach! We adore Crescent Beach and how peaceful it is - even over spring break week, there would be times when we had the beach almost to ourselves. The view with our morning coffee was amazing - you will catch some beautiful sunrises here for sure! Thank you for a restful and restorative week - it was everything we hoped it would be after a long Wisconsin winter!

The best beach for relaxing and fun

The Coquina Condos are a great spot for relaxing and fun for a week at the beach. Beautiful beach for walks, laying in the sun and enjoying the weather. Fantastic pool on the beach as well! Condo grounds are immaculate. The accommodations are great as well, with clean, comfortable surroundings and appointments. Has everything you need for a complete weeks stay, including for cooking. Back deck of the Condo is perfect for drinks and sunset viewing. This is our 4th time staying and we love it!

Enjoyed our stay at Coquina

This was our first stay in Crescent Beach and the Coquina Condo Resort. The unit is a beautifully decorated, on the 2nd/3rd floor and has a great view of the pool and ocean. There is plenty of room for a small family so we had room to spare as there were only 2 of us. The unit has updated appliances, furniture. We had just a couple of hickups - one dealt with the digital lock that stopped working and had to be replaced. The other was a minor plumbing issue in the master sink. Other than that it was a beautiful unit. The resort property was built back in the 70s. It's well-maintained but pool chairs should probably be replaced. Also, the pool is not heated so if it's chilly you probably won't be swimming. Our trip was in November and the weather was great but we found this particular beach to be pretty quiet....to the point of boring. Some probably seek that but after a few days we were ready for more activity. There are quite a few good restaurants within just a short drive and of course, St. Augustine is just a few minutes north. The owner was really nice to work with and made every attempt to make sure we enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to this area of Florida we would definitely return.

brilliant, its just like staying in someone's home

This condo is great - from the comfort of the lounge to everything in the kitchen that you need, even a dishwasher that works!! The view is to die for, over the pool and out to sea, lovely to sit and watch the waves with your morning cup of tea. That's if you can get out of bed, they were so comfy I think I could have spent the whole week in bed, the linen and towels were first class as were all the fittings. The whole place was lovely and clean, bathrooms spotless. If you had children with you then the game consoles would be great keep them quite for hours. The large tv in the lounge - and all the dvd's spoilt for choice, in fact there were several nights when we didn't even go out. The booking procedure was easy and all questions were answered more or less by return, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We have been back just over two weeks and already the deposit has been returned. Thank you for letting us use your home because that's what it is, it goes far and beyond a normal holiday let.
