This lower-level unit of a 1922 duplex carries the quiet character of the street itself, with high ceilings, tile floors, and generous natural light giving the space an airy, lived-in warmth. Please note, this listing is for the Downstairs unit only - the backyard is shared with the upstairs unit. Sorry, no pets.

The open-concept living area is a comfortable place to land after a full day of exploring. Generous ceiling height and natural light keep the space feeling open, while the smart TV and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to settle in for a quiet evening.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, with ample storage, extra pillows, and blankets for restful nights. A pack-n-play is available for families traveling with little ones.

The fully updated kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a dining table - everything needed for a home-cooked breakfast or an easy meal in.
 
Bathroom
The renovated full bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and essential toiletries for a comfortable stay.
 
Outdoor & extras
The large front porch with swing chairs is a great spot to take in the neighborhood and enjoy St. Augustine's mild winter air. Out back, a shared yard offers a relaxed open-air setting - note that the backyard is shared with the upstairs unit when renting just one unit. The rear porch houses a washer and dryer for added convenience. Free onsite parking for one vehicle, keyless entry via keypad, a private entrance, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a dedicated workspace round out what's offered. There are other spaces available on the street which are shared public parking (watch parking signs).
 
Location
Step outside and the best of St. Augustine is within easy walking distance - the Castillo de San Marcos, historic cobblestone streets, galleries, boutique shops, and waterfront dining are all right there. Each unit has its own private entrance, and there is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside. Each unit sleeps 4. If you'd like to rent the full property, both Cordova A + B are available together and sleep 8. This property does not include a fire pit.
