Clean and well- appointed
First, the things we loved: it was well stocked with everything we could need for the kitchen, plus a little closet of "in case you forgot something" supplies. I loved the labels on the cabinets and drawers. Master bed was very comfortable. Back yard was super.We didn't see a single bug the entire stay, which is really unusual for Florida. So, well done on that!But there was no place comfortable to sit for a family meal, game night, puzzles, or work. For this reason, we won't choose this house again. The couch is very uncomfortable, too. My suggestion: replace the family room chairs with small recliners. Remove the island and the tiny little rickety table with two chairs. Put the small fridge in the garage. Then you'd have space for a rectangular table with 4-6 chairs. The only other issue was not having an ice maker, which is pretty important in Florida in July. That should have been stated explicitly in the listing. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we loved the location.
