Dieses Ferienhaus bietet einen Privatpool – nahe Castillo de San Marcos National Monument
Wäscherei, ein Garten und Grillmöglichkeiten – damit wartet dieses Ferienhaus (Rauchen nicht erlaubt) auf. Dieses Ferienhaus hat 3 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang sowie ein Schlafsofa. Freu dich auf einen Privatpool sowie eine Küche mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Ofen, in der du dir auf Wunsch leckere Mahlzeiten zubereiten kannst. Das Bad wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

Reprieve from snow

The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Even though it was too chilly to use the pool, we enjoyed sitting out in the pool deck chairs in the sun-just a relaxing pretty setting. Our English Yellow Lab loved exploring the grassy area around the pool and taking long walks in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable! Loved the reading lamps beside the beds as we are big readers. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and other meals. There were plenty of shelves to put your own food and supplies. Nearby restaurants like Black Molly's, Fish Camp, The Reef and the French Bakery (now called Les Petits Pleasures) were our favorites!

We live in St. John’s County, but wanted to be closer to our daughter’s school because it was her senior homecoming. The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We had a homecoming brunch for the girls, and they had everything we needed to prepare it. The backyard was great for our pup, and the pool was perfect! It’s also convenient to great restaurants, and attractions. We will be back! Thank you so much!

great location

The house is nicely decorated and was clean on arrival. The location is great and the property manager was quick to respond and easy to communicate. The grill was out of gas, but I was warned before arrival. It would be a big convenience to have the tank full, even if the renter had to pay extra.

Just right!

Goin' Coastal was perfect! Plenty of space to relax inside. Everything you might need in a kitchen. Great closet space for your personal items. Everything in the house was working...TV, ac, dishwasher. We took a walk most mornings in the neighborhood. The property was so close to the beach and parking as well as the Old City. Perfect central location. We would definitely go coastal again!

Goin Coastal, Goin Back!

The Goin Coastal property was very clean and welcoming. The property location was ideal for us as it was very close to the historic district and very close to St. Augustine Beach. The neighborhood was also extremely quiet. The pool was amazing and so relaxing. This was our first time visiting St. Augustine and we will definitely be back and Goin Coastal will be our first choice for our next stay. And last but not least, the host was great. The communication was spot-on she made sure we had what we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Perfect St. Augustine Rental for Families-Great Location!

This rental was the perfect space for my families spring vacation! We were minutes from both the beach and historic downtown! The neighborhood was safe, quiet and there were many attractions nearby! Our host was accommodating and responsive. I found the home child friendly as well.

Good for family vacation

The home is very well kept. Communication was good. The only thing I would suggest is bringing your own rolls of paper toilet. It was embarrassing asking if they had extra and you are limited, and we were a family of six. Overall great location and beautiful home.

Wonderful Home in Fantastic Location

This little gem is so close to the Alligator Farm, the Lighthouse, Anastasia State Park and the Bridge of Lions. So many fun things to do and so close to all of them. Check in process and communication from the manager was spot on. We enjoyed the space, the rooms, and the house. Would definitely rent again.

Great location to beach and downtown

We loved the place for our dogs and location. Go one way 10 minutes to old town and the other way 10 minutes to the beach. Loved the decorations and pool with high fenced backyard for dogs. Neighborhood appears to be in transition with some older homes and some new ones like this one being constructed.

We had an amazing stay at Lauren‘s property! It was very spacious and had plenty of room for three families, lots of space and privacy for each. She was incredibly quick to respond and very helpful. Great house, neighborhood & location

The house was clean and exactly as pictured online. The bed & couch were comfy. The neighborhood is nice and there seem to be quite a few vacation rentals in it. Location of the house/neighborhood is perfect if you want to be close to the historic downtown but also out of the noise of it. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is walking distance to a convenient store and putt-putt golf. You can see the lighthouse from the streets too, a nice plus. The beach and downtown are a very short drive. Parking downtown was easy, there are public lots and a big garage downtown; at the time of our visit parking at either area ranged from $20-$25. The house manager was very responsive, we only communicated via email and had no issues while at the house. I’m very picky with where I stay and this place was great-clean, convenient, safe feeling neighborhood, responsive communication, and plenty of kitchen gadgets. Thank you for providing a clean, safe place to stay!

Great weekend getaway

We enjoyed staying at the house. It was nice, clean and pet friendly for my 2 labs. The location is great in Davis Shores and close to restaurants as well as downtown St. Augustine. We enjoyed the pool, it was a bit smaller than it seemed in the photos. The outdoor area was great and the yard was private. The layout of the house worked great for us. It would be a great venue to have friends or family stay with you at the house and everyone still have their own space. The house is new or maybe just a few years old so everything is relatively new and nice. We will be staying here again.

Better than the description

Our family of 5 traveled down for spring break and absolutely loved this house! This was our first time in St. Augustine and we didn’t know what to expect. The house was very spacious and perfect for our active boys. The pool was great and we got a lot of use out of it. Anastasia State Park beach access was very close and easy. We were in walking distance to some cool little restaurants, mini golf, and the alligator farm. The traffic in the little neighborhood was minimal. We would have felt comfortable letting our children bike in front of the house. The bed in the master was more comfortable than our bed at home. We definitely want to stay here again!

Hidden gem in Saint Agustin

What you see is little to what you expect, good location to old district and beach, and close to all the activities. Room plenty and clean. Family loved it, definitely we'll be back.
