Last minute retreat!

Booked this property literally at the last minute and we are so glad we found this gem! Steps to the beautiful beach. 2 amazing pools. The property was well stocked and clean. Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location and will definitely be returning to St Augustine and to this condo. The communication was excellent as well. Nothing but positives on this one! Thanks for allowing us an opportunity to step back and breathe for a few minutes. THIS is what a vacation should always feel like.

Great Family Getaway

Great beachside condo and very family friendly. Condo nicely decorated, kitchen fully stocked and has beach chairs, umbrella and toys. 1 min walk to beach and nice beach view from balcony. Good size condo for 2 adults/2 teens. 10 mins to historic district and freat restaurants. Property managers are fantastic and responsive. Will go back!

Overall a great stay. Although the unit is old, but is kept neat and tidy. Did provide feedback for a few light switches needing maintenance, but not a huge inconvenience. The unit was very clean.

Great spot

Great spot close to the beach. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the gourmet coffee and used the free ice cream coupons. Beach chairs and umbrellas could use an upgrade but we were happy to have some available.

Excellent location for a family!

So loved our stay in St Augustine. Low crowd, and quiet property made the trip even better. Very spacious unit, newly updated, and washer/dryer in the unit was so nice to have! Both the pools and hot tubs were very clean and never crowded during our stay. We appreciate the gated beach access with showers at the entrance. The extra beach towels in the unit came in handy as well. Hope to stay again soon!

Relaxing getaway!

My family and I could not have been happier. We could tell that much care was taken in renovating this unit. The property was clean, peaceful, and had amenities everyone could enjoy. The unit we stayed in (8208) comfortably fit our extended family of 6. The check-in process at the front entrances as well as our unit was very easy. I appreciated having beach accessories (beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella and chairs) available in our unit for our use. If we needed anything the property operators were only a text away and responded to our needs quickly. I also appreciated that they were in contact with us regularly before our stay and kept us informed about check in. Our family also took advantage of exploring St. Augustine with discounts offered with our stay. My family has only ever stayed in well known hotel chains/resorts but we this place was a hidden gem for us.

Very comfortable condo

The condo was very comfortable, clean, with well supplied kitchen. The location was perfect for us. Only steps to the beach and short walks to local restaurants. The host kept us informed throughout our stay and was easy to communicate with. Looking forward to staying at the condo again on our next trip to St. Augustine Beach.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was great: access to the beach, parking, the hot tub, etc. The condo looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. I appreciated the communication about what supplies were provided, so I could plan accordingly. St. Augustine city and beach were wonderful and we hope to return to stay here again.

Relax and enjoy!

This property was perfectly located without being overwhelmed by high traffic hotels in the surrounding areas. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Publix is very close by to get your essentials needed to enjoy the beach. The host is in constant contact for any needs that might arise. Enjoyed our stay and the area.
