A great place to stay for our small family! The unit was very clean, was in a great location, and exactly what we needed for our visit. We had one small issue late one evening, but the hosts quickly responded and kindly to resolve the problem. We would absolutely stay again.

Cute but needs some love

This was a good place for a two day stop over stay. Just enough room for our family and nice to have to the pool and yard to stretch out in. You could tell someone had worked to fix up the property and there were several cute touches. However, there were also many things that were either just broken, or completely worn down. Both toilet paper and towel racks in the bathroom fell off the wall regularly and were clearly the cheapest versions available. The couch in the living room was visibly sunken and the bed in the primary was bolted together where it looked like it had been broken. The pool was warm and a great size but was really dirty. I spent 30 minutes trying to clean it out before we could get in. Communication and accessing the property were all super easy and the location was a close to the beach and restaurants. It was a good spot, but overall felt run down compared to other experiences.

After check-in we walked down the street with our 3 month old. When we got back and the lock code would not work so we were locked out with our baby. It took about 10 mins to contact someone and get help to get in. The lock code to get in had changed somehow. It was hot in the unit, the air never satisfied. The pool wasn’t very clean. But the beds and bedding were great. WiFi wouldn’t work the first night we were there. The network name wouldn’t pull up so we could not watch tv the first night. I emailed for help and didn’t receive any information that helped. Location was great but the unit could use some improvement.

A wonderful condo by the beach!

We were very impressed by this beach house! It was spacious and clean, and just a 2 minute walk from the beach! Not to mention it has a great pool out back. It was 100% perfect for what we were looking for and at a great price! We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back sometime soon!

Family Vacation

My family of five (2 teenage kids and a 21 year old ) stayed Monday-Friday this past week. The bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I and for my 2 daughters. My son slept on the foldout couch. Everyone said their beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom had good water pressure. The pool was amazing (other than being dirty though it was cleaned on Friday morning as we were leaving). The location was perfect for our walks to the beach to watch the sunrise or to visit a local restaurant for food. Having a wagon to pull the chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided was especially nice! Parking was easy. It wasn’t far to drive to other attractions that we wanted to visit. We can’t wait to stay here again! One suggestion is to have a bottle of laundry detergent available to be able to rewash towels and washcloths!

Family beach vacation

Perfect location, just a block from the beach! We all enjoyed the saltwater pool, the shower and seating was a nice touch! There was beach toys, umbrella, and wagon as well! Plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of dishware/cookware to cook meals for the family. We enjoyed playing games that were in the entertainment center as well! We will definitely be keeping this place in mind when we return to the area. We always had quick responses from the owners. Thank you!

Perfect location and amazing unit for all things St. Aug Beach!

This unit was exactly the way it was advertised and so perfect for our family. We have 3 kids - 2 of which stayed in the twin beds and then our littlest was in a pack n play that fit perfectly in the master bedroom closet for privacy and quiet. Everything was very clean and nice and the decor is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are very well stocked. It was so nice to have the option to do laundry as well. Parking is fantastic and even with two cars, our kids had plenty of room to play. The back patio is private and perfect for takeout meals or lounging. The pool is so great and hard to find at rental properties near the beach. There were also beach chairs and toys available for use. The walk to the beach is SO short and easy. It’s a busy street/intersection but has lots of pedestrian traffic so the crosswalks are safe and useful. There are tons of really great restaurants within walking/a kids’ scooter or bike ride. Everything was perfect and the owners were super responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be back and may even rent a few of the 4 units for other families to vacation alongside us! Thank you!

Great Spot

The VRBO is very nice and clean, with a 2 minute walk to the beach and pool in your backyard. Cool beach bar shack across the street and great taco spot right next door!

March '23 - one month stay

The property was exactly as listed, very clean and well equipped and there were no surprises. The furniture here was very well thought out and in great condition. (Love the recliner and the master bedroom has a great king size bed) In addition, this is one of the best locations in St. Augustine and has great access to the beach as A street is the gateway to the best walkable (and driveable) beach access, and this place is literally across the street. Many nice eating and drinking establishments are within walking distance. We very much enjoyed our one month stay.

Wonderful stay and location

This property was fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment was beautiful and the supplied amenities were even better. From the pool towels to the cart and beach chairs and umbrella the apartment had it all. Oh yeah and the pool. That was great to be able to go in the pool on the days the ocean was just too rough to swim in. The location is perfect you can walk across the street and you are on the beach. Super comfy beds and linens. Plenty of restaurants nearby you do not need to drive unless you want to. We will stay again. Thanks Danny for the wonderful accommodations.
