Guests have private access to the entire second floor garage apartment, 1 off street parking space, as well as laundry area with washer and dryer,free Wi-Fi, free parking, and complimentary coffee for their first morning.



The Neighborhood:

The Birds Nest is located right outside the center city. Enjoy everything downtown has to offer while staying out of the lous hustle and bustle. Surrounded by historic homes and beautiful scenery, you will have no problems settling into this quiet neighborhood.



Getting Around:

The Birds Nest is in short walking distance to all things downtown so you can park your car and leave the keys at home!



Driving to the beach is less than a 10 minute drive.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The trolley picks up just around the block at 38 Sevilla.

**Please note the bathroom is only accessible through 2 of the bedrooms. Guests staying in twin room will have to enter through either the King or Queen bedroom

BRINGING YOUR DOG?

We’re happy to welcome one dog weighing 30 pounds or less at this home! After booking, you can register your dog and pay the non-refundable pet fee right in your Guest Portal. Please complete both steps before check-in so everything is ready for your pup’s arrival.

Dogs must be at least one year old, up to date on vaccinations, and fully house-trained. Please supervise your dog and clean up after them during your stay. You’ll find the full pet guidelines in your Guest Portal.

• Damage Waiver: A small, non-refundable fee that covers eligible accidental damage during your stay.

• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit hold that’s released after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of the house rules.
