The spacious living room is filled with natural light, featuring two plush sofas for relaxed movie nights and a cosy reading nook with a charming bay window overlooking the garden. French doors open out to the south-facing wraparound garden, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living.



The well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a pleasure, offering everything you need after a day on the beach. Enjoy meals in the bright conservatory dining area or dine al fresco in the garden, where you’ll also find a fire basket Bbq — perfect for long, laid-back evenings by the sea. A utility room and downstairs cloakroom provide added convenience for families, walkers, and beach lovers.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are positioned to maximise the home’s standout feature — exceptional south-facing sea views.

Main Bedroom: King-size bed, built-in sliding wardrobes, sweeping views over St Austell Bay

Second Bedroom: Super king-size bed (zip-link, can be arranged as twins)

Third Bedroom: Cosy single room, ideal for children or solo travellers

The family bathroom includes a panelled bath with shower overhead, pedestal basin, and Wc.



Outdoor Living & Coastal Convenience

Blue Haze enjoys a charming wraparound garden complete with lawn, mature trees, shrubs, and a sunny front terrace. To the side of the property, you’ll find a handy space for drying wetsuits or storing bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks — ideal for active coastal adventures.

Private parking is available for 2–3 vehicles on the driveway.



Local buses run into St Austell, which also offers a mainline railway station for wider travel.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not accept stag or hen parties. This home is intended for relaxing holidays, family breaks, and respectful gatherings.
