„To begin with, the write up for this rental property was advertised as a Charming 3-bedroom house. The 3 bedroom was correct, but it was far from charming. There was a lot of deferred maintenance on the property, from cracked broken floor tiles in the bathroom, which one could cut their bare feet on, the floor boards in the dining area that were loose and lifting up, a back storm door that was broken and would not close properly to the walls that were in need of a fresh coat of paint.
