Great stay. We had fun. Los to do, lots of bedrooms. We went on a holiday weekend and the pool and lagoon were crazy busy. I recommend going on quieter days. Couldn't even find chairs. Unit had everything we needed. Refrigerator water and ice didn't work and they tried to fix it. That was frustrating. I recommend renting the golf cart. Well worth it.

Great gramma 85 birthday

We had our family there to celebrate We used the lagoon pickle ball courts and the spa. It was wonderful. The golf cart helped us get the great grandparents around. We bbq a lot and just relaxed. The air hockey didn’t work and there was a piece mussing from the chess set bit we really didn’t miss that We loved that everyone was together it was a beautiful home

Perfect house

This house was perfect for all our needs and it was so nice that each room pretty much had its own bathroom which is always a problem with big groups. We all loved staying here and are thinking about doing it yearly!

Amazing amenities!

Every year we do a stay around the holidays. This year with the Attitude Adjustment Retreat, we had one of the best vacations! The lagoon was freezing (which we expected, it’s December) but the pool was heated, the hot tub was nice, and the spa was incredible! Every room had its own bathroom, with 2 rooms downstairs which was perfect since we had someone break their leg a week before we left and they were still able to come. The patio was nice, with the hot tub and fire next to each other. Overall an amazing property with great amenities.

Great place for family vacation

Our family stayed at the property for 4 days and had a great time. The house was very clean and had ample space for a large family. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and had a great pantry to store our groceries. We loved the hot tub and the golf cart. The reason that I did not give it 5 stars was because the e-bikes were not charged and after we charged them we could not turn them on. I was not sure if the bikes were broken or it was user error. I also thrown by the labelling in all of the kitchen drawers and cabinets. I was concerned that I would place a plate or bowl in the wrong place and would be charged for the "missing" item. I also did not like that there was only one soap bar in some of the bathrooms. I think that each bathroom should have a bar of soap for both the sink and the shower. In addition, there were no cleaning supplies in the house. I needed some kitchen spray to clean the counters after I placed raw meat on the counter top. There was no spray to wipe down the counter. I did not want to buy cleaning products for a three night stay. Overall, the home was nice but was missing some essential items that you would expect when staying in a rental.

Nice place

I'm not a frequent VRBO renter, so I don't have much to compare to. The place was clean, matched the photos and description, and pretty well stocked. The kitchen had most of what we needed to make big meals, the beds were comfortable, and the air hockey table, kayak, paddle boards, and golf cart were nice surprises, and frequently used by our group.

Beautiful Property and location

We went as a group of senior softball player, 60's and over and the house was beautiful. All the room were very nice and all had private bathroom. We had 16 folks in our party and 6 were couples and we all had plenty of room. Personal hottub was great and the lagoon area amazing. Will recommend this property and definitely use again. Appreciate the attention from the management company and keeping us informed.

Family Time

We had a great time staying at Desert Color. The townhome was so nice and large enough to accommodate our big group of kids and grandkids. The bunk rooms were darling and my grandkids loved sleeping together with all their cousins. The place came with all sorts of extras - paddle boards, e-bikes, and a golf cart to get around in. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed! Loved staying there and would definitely rent again!

Great spot

We stayed at this property for a couple of days with my parents, & brother & sister and families- 16 of us. We absolutely loved the lagoon and we were close by everywhere we needed to be in St. George. Loved how each room had a bathroom, and everything we needed to make some pasta and a salad was in the kitchen. There is a sofa and tv upstairs where the teenagers congregated and one downstairs in the living room where adults hung out. I didn’t look carefully but it looked like most of the bedrooms had their own t.v. There isn’t parking in the garage because it is full of paddleboards, bikes, and a golf cart type vehicle you can use, but there is at least room for two vehicles in the driveway and the unit is right next to a parking lot with plenty of parking space as well. The one recommendation I have that should be remedied ASAP is curtains or a shade for the bathroom in the first bunk room upstairs. The bathroom has no curtain on the window and is directly across from the neighbor’s window so they can see you shower and use the toilet.

Family get together

The size of the property was great for our group, each family got their own bedroom and one bedroom to be shared with the teenage girls. The setting was very relaxing and quiet. We loved the lagoon and pool. Plenty of room for playing games and just having a great time.

Fun in the sun

The property was super clean. Everything that was wanted was within 15 minutes of this location. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal- lots of space for everyone. The golf cart with a hit, in continuous use. The pool was next level! Well stocked kitchen. Communication with management was smooth and helpful!

Loved our stay!!

The Attitude Adjustment was exactly what our family reunion needed! The place was packed with great activities, the home was clean and beautiful, and the lagoon and pool area were so fun! We loved that the property had two e-bikes to use, two standup paddle boards, one kayak, dartboard and basketball in the garage, an air hockey table, a golf cart to get to and from the pool, Traeger grill, etc! It was all wonderful! The only recommendations we have are to put blinds or a window shade in the bathroom on the second floor that’s over the garage. The neighbors next door can see right into the bathroom. The closet in the bedrooms off of the kitchen needs the door handle fixed. It fell off the first time we tried to open the closet door in that bedroom. Everything else was perfect! Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful House with Lots of Room

Attitude Adjustment Retreat was nice for our large group. It had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone (I do wish one of the bunkbed bedrooms had regular bed instead). There's a nice sitting area both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped. Our biggest problem was that the house wasn't ready for us. We requested, and paid for, early check in. When we arrived at 2 PM, none of the beds were made up. The manager responded quickly to my call and sent the setup crew over, but it was while we were still there. I wish they could've come while we were at dinner. There were also fingerprints on the microwave and some dirty dishes in the cabinet. Pros: Big, a bathroom for every room, golf cart shuffle board and other fun things to do, HUGE lagoon, easy check in, responsive manager, hot tub Cons: New neighborhood, so lots of constructions going on, not near a lot of restaurants
