Great layout. Seemed a little rundown. Definitely need a new mattress in the primary bedroom and the single guest room. Place is in a great location and had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the back was great. The home was very clean and the furnishings were great. The home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful Home with a view!

This listing looked wonderful online but exceeded our expectations in person! The views were great, the space was perfect for our family of six. Very family friendly environment with the pool being a hit with the kids! Though we had close neighbors we felt that our little corner was still private. Very clean and well stocked. We absolutely loved staying here.

This property was fantastic and we all loved it. One issue which Hard to fix. The kitchen cook top is one of those small 5 burner type. Quite common but pretty useless. This particular one has a abrupt slope down and the front edge, so for example if you are working with a large pan on back burner and have a small pan on front burner with a small amount of encouragement from back pan the front pan will slip off the stove. This happened twice for us, once it spilled the food and pan on floor. The second time I was able to catch it with my hip before it fell. If the grill of this cook top was at least level for each bar it would be safer. Other than this the place is awesome. We all cook a lot and all noticed it.Thank you Joe

The Ledges

We loved our stay at Quail run. Apartment was spacious, comfortable, well stocked, nice beds, great views!We wanted a good pool and it delivered ! Pool was big, clean, enough seating in shade and sun, not crowded and just a 4 minute walk. We didn’t play pickleballs but there’s two courses.The Ledges is close to the north entrance to Snow Canyon, we rented e-bikes on the property and they were great and so much fun for an evening ride.No complains and would love to go back! Thanks
