"I was rather surprised with the global quality standard of the hotel for a 4 star hotel. We get used to go to 4 & 5 stars hotels and quality of the food on the breakfast was quite low. The breakfast was quite poor and we could not even get extra brown bread while arriving at 10am. We were given the excuse that a large group before us had taken all the bread. Quite a pathetic excuse for a 4 stars hotel. We could not be sat in a quiet place as the restaurant was quite noisy and very busy. All the fruits in the fruit salad were tasteless. The savoury dishes suggested were quite fatty and greasy, to cover the fact they were very blend. As for the bedroom, it was a nice bedroom, quite large with a big bathroom, but very noisy as it was right at the entrance of the corridor, and it was extremely noisy in the morning. Especially for a week end."

"Very nice and helpful receptionist, Hannah. Good size room and bathroom. Ideally situated for the bus and train. Only negative, was the cleaning. Glasses were never changed or washed up (4 night stay)top of unit never cleaned,where cups were.One day pillows were left on the floor. I left a note to ask for the soap dispenser to be fiĺled, this never happened."

"Tout s’est bien passé lors de notre séjour. Notre chambre était propre et fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire. L’eau chaude fonctionnait bien. L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter Cambridge, à proximité de nombreux bâtiments de l’université."

"Hôtel merveilleusement situé à Cambridge. Près de la gare de trains et assez proche du centre-ville. Nous avons apprécié que le déjeuner soit inclus dans le prix de la chambre."

"Bel hôtel, grande chambre avec de la bonne literie. Le gros plus étant les équipements avec l'espace piscine / sauna / hammam et l'espace fitness. Nous avons bien mangé, aussi bien au dîner qu'au petit déjeuner, le tout pour un rapport qualité-prix très correct. Le seul bémol est qu'on entend les enfants qui courent à l'étage au dessus."
