Excellent communication, very clean, great towels, comfortable bed, cold AC, large W/D and all the amenities you need for a fantastic stay. Latitude Adjustment was modern, roomy and easy to make yourself at home.

Great location; well maintained and well stocked unit. So glad the resort has a back up generator system. We were never affected by the island’s extended power outages. My only suggestion for the condo… time for a master bedroom mattress upgrade.

We enjoyed the beautiful condo with all the kitchen amenities and washer/dryer. Excellent location for restaurants and easy hikes and taxi rides to the beaches. Can't beat having breakfast every morning on the veranda overlooking the bay!

Great property and location

This property exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at grand bay multiple times. This was our favorite property. View of Cruz bay. The house was a very well stocked kitchen. The linens and bed were great. Property has a parking space and all your needs for the beach. The location is a quick walk to many restaurants and shopping. We will be returning.

Great unit in great location

Latitude Adjustment is just as advertised. It is very modern. The kitchen is very well stocked. The location is right in Cruz Bay and only steps to great restaurants and bars. The property manager, William/Bill was very responsive. The staff at Grande Bay was very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Cruz Bay

My family had a great time at this place! It was so nice and clean. It is steps from the ferry and everything else in Cruz Bay. Loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space for me, my husband and my 18-year-old son who said the pull out couch was comfortable. The place immediately felt like home and the amenities are amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great Property!

I have stayed at Grande Bay multiple times and this was my favorite unit. The upgrades are beautiful! The view is amazing and it is so easy to walk to town. Since the unit is in the first building you don't have any large hills to walk up. You take the first elevator/ stairs in the parking garage and your room is right there. The unit came with everything you could ever need all in the storage unit located right at the elevators. This saves so much money and packing space. I will definitely be looking to book this again on my next visit to STJ!!

St John Paradise

Totally pleased with our stay here. We loved the view from the balcony, condo location, and the unit itself was fantastic. Communication with the owner was over the top. The condo was so comfortable and even better than the description. There was a guide book prepared by the owner which answered any question you might have about getting around the condo, Cruz Bay, and St John. Parking was in the garage downstairs which was so convenient and restaurants just steps away. Beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, coolers, etc., were stored in a convenient locked locker also in the garage area. The only slight inconvenience we had which has nothing to do with the condo itself was that the elevator was down (awaiting parts) so we did have one flight of steps to go up and down during our stay which was not an issue for us. Having a car is certainly an option but not a requirement for getting around the island...it justs depends on how independent you want to be. Parking at most of the beaches can be a bit challenging and we found being at your choice of beach(s) between 0900 and 0930 to work best unless you choose to go late afternoon or elect to catch one of the many taxis which drop you off. The condo is beautiful and we would definitely recommend staying here and will certainly be our choice again if and when we return to St John.

Wonderful!

It’s difficult to say enough good things about this property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, the property is beautiful and well-situated, and the location is perfect — walkable from the ferry and in a resort community where the staff was both friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
