Short stay, but perfect and met all our needs. Good bed, good air conditioning, and good shower. It was a bit of a ride up a steep hill to get there, but we enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all.

Lovely view, good host interaction. The bed was not great, squeaky and the sheets felt a bit old. I didn't have a car and thought the walk from town was fine, but be prepared for a steep climb.

We arrived around 5 after a long trip, and unfortunately the room still wasn’t ready even though check-in was at 3. We contacted Hannah, and the cleaner didn’t arrive for almost an hour. We ended up going to a nearby restaurant just to wait, and had to pay 25 for parking in Cruz Bay. Not long after we left, we got a message saying the room was suddenly ready.The stay itself wasn’t very comfortable. The bed wasn’t great, the freezer was completely iced over, and there was a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom. Hannah did offer a small credit afterward, which we appreciated, but overall the experience was disappointing.

Great place to stay near US Virgin Islands National Park. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Kitchen was perfect for cooking simple meals and wifi worked great. Highly recommend.

Directions to the location truly needs to be improved. Taxi drivers could not locate the location from the pin on the map. Made for a very frustrating arrival experience. The place was fine after over 1 hour to find.

Host was wonderful to work with. The bed was loud with any movement or rolling over so didn't make for a comfortable nights sleep. Otherwise, the studio had all other amenities needed for a brief stay.

Got a hard start but smoothed out in two days.

It took several hours to find this unit because none of the taxi drivers knew where it was. Tried to call owner and daughter said she would call back but never did. Some other tourists who were staying in the unit we were dropped off at helped us find the correct unit that we were supposed to stay in which was about a mile from where we were first dropped off by a taxi. There were no taxis available to transport us any where. Even the ones in the unit guide book were not available to take us anywhere. George the maintenance man there was more helpful than anyone else. He got a chair for the shower since there were no grab bars in the shower. He drove us to get groceries with us. He shared his kale with us since the starfish market was out. When we finally got a car on Thursday evening he helped us find a parking place on the street since where we were supposed to park was full with two other cars. Cortney another tenant gave us a ride to the Westin to get a taxi ride Thursday morning. The walk way down the stairs outside was dark at night time with no lighting. The inside temperature was great and the out view from the balcony was AWSOME. The wi-Fi and phone reception did not work most of the time but for some reason text worked better. It was quiet in the unit maybe because it is out of the way. Weather was perfect! I slept in while my wife painted the scenery from the balcony outside. Thank you

Great property - Convenient to Everything

Hannah was an excellent communicator, provided clear instructions, and quickly responded to any questions. The unit was clean and neat and had all the needed amenities. The location was convenient to Cruz Bay and central to all major roads.

Fabulous stay, great price

This place was a hidden gem! It was overwhelming to see how much places have skyrocketed in price over the years but we were so happy to find this place! It was perfect for a couple to stay that included a mini kitchen. We were able to cook breakfasts, pack lunches for the beach and even had a spaghetti dinner one night.! The walk from to town was challenging to say the least but not impossible. It’s St. John and expected with the hills! Def recommend a car but parking was fine and our gps got us back fine everytime. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall would def recommend this place and will come back to stay here! The beach chairs were a plus also!

Great budget stay!

The property was clean and was all we needed for a fun week adventuring around the island. Super easy check in and out. Very quiet and no noise heard from neighbors despite sharing the building with other rental units. Great stay overall for a couple on a budget!

Nice studio in St John

Nice studio apartment with all necessities required for a short stay in St John. Close to ferry, restaurants, and supermarket. Owner was helpful with instructions and directions to get to the stay. Owner was also very responsive and helped get the room ready immediately, since there was some mix-up and our room was not cleaned up by the check-in time. Owner was quick to fix that and was very helpful.

This property was difficult to get to and this may not be the owner's fault. No address numbers? If it wasn't for pictures, we should have never found it. It was also supposed to be walking dustance to cruz bay... no way.

St. John studio

We had a fantastic stay at this studio! Everything was exactly as described. The space was spotless and cozy with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The little touches—like beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler—made our stay on St. John even better. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to the grocery store and downtown St John. (it is walkable but there are some big hills) Check-in was a breeze, and the host was communicative, friendly, and clearly cares about their guests’ experience.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great studio space

Hannah was great at communicating throughout the entire process. Her place was perfect for our over night stay in St John. She provided taxi drivers who knew her place well so we felt safe and didn’t have to worry about having trouble finding the location. St John was our favorite part of the USVI trip!

Hannah was an outstanding host providing great detail before arrival,I needed just a one night stay which seems almost impossible to find on STJ. The Petite Suite was perfect - and I would love to return and stay much longer!
