Avoid this hotel don't lose your money ! Our experience was disappointing The room was damp, unbearably hot, and there were spiders inside. We raised the issue immediately, but the way it was handled made the situation even worse. My wife is pregnant, so staying in those conditions was simply not reasonable for us. We ended up paying for another hotel just to feel comfortable and safe. Despite that, the hotel refused to refund even the affected night What disappointed me most was not only the condition of the room, but the lack of proper customer care afterwards. A hotel should understand that keeping the money from one night is not worth losing a customer’s trust completely Future guests should think carefully before booking here
