The house was amazing! It was nestled in the middle of the neighborhood. The pool was a perfect place to enjoy afternoons after being at one of the beautiful beaches. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, play, and enjoy each other’s company. The host was responsive and helpful with suggestions. I highly recommend this property.

The location and setting was absolutely breath taking! We have rented over 15 homes on VRBO and this one will be hard to top.There was plenty of room both inside and out for our party of 8. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dish-ware, glasses and anything you would need. Hans was a wonderful host. Communication was seamless, he answered any question immediately and even helped us secure a rental car. I would highly recommend staying at this home.

Review from 4 Couples. From the outside, the home is absolutely beautiful — spacious, well-designed, and perfect for a group. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues made our stay disappointing. When we arrived, the front door was difficult to open and the house was extremely hot. Most of the air conditioners were not working properly, and the ceiling fans didn’t function. The refrigerator was barely cooling, likely just plugged in before we arrived, causing some of our groceries to spoil. One bathroom had flushing issues, and several showers lacked hot water, light, or pressure. While the property managers did respond, repairs were slow and incomplete. Even after multiple visits, some AC units, fans, and plumbing issues were unresolved. The hot tub also never worked, and we were told “if it doesn’t turn on, oh well.” Considering the high rental cost of over 6,000 for the week, we expected a much higher level of quality and preparedness. A property in this price range should have functioning air conditioning, reliable plumbing, clean and updated amenities, and be fully ready for guests upon arrival. Simple touches like fresh towels, working remotes with batteries, soap, and shampoo would have gone a long way. We also noticed details like rusty shower handles and reused toilet paper rolls, which made the home feel neglected. The property itself is stunning, but it needs better maintenance and preparation. 6.5/10. Beautiful home, but poorly managed and uncomfortable stay.

This home is in an absolutely amazing location with gorgeous views. The layout is spectacular, and our crew of my husband and I, my adult sister, our nanny, and our 9yo son and 5yo daughter had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy, while also having lovely spaces to spend a lot of time together without ever feeling crowded. The pool and outdoor areas are perfection, and the upstairs game room and kitchen/living/dining area worked very well for our group. As is always the case in the Caribbean, there are occasional hiccups; but not a single one detracted from our stay here, and the communication and responsiveness from the owner were top notch. We absolutely would stay at this amazing home again, and we are already thinking about when we can make that happen. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Stay here! We feel very blessed that the owner shared this slice of paradise with us. Tip: One week went by way too fast. Next time, we intend to aim for two weeks:-)

The property was perfect for our party of 8. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. The pool was beautiful and in a perfect spot to enjoy sunsets at the end of the day. The kitchen was well organized and well outfitted with everything we needed for the all the varied meals we prepared. We look forward to many return trips to Curacao and hopefully many future stays at this amazing villa!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Our host, Hans, was incredible to work with. He provided us with everything we needed for our stay- beach and restaurant recommendations, where to grocery shop and other recommendations while on the island. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The check in process was easy and they gave very clear instructions while at the house. The house was perfect for nine of us, with plenty of room. It was BEAUTIFUL. The views from the house were incredible. The house was very clean, with everything we could possibly need. Staying at this house made our experience in Curacao so enjoyable! Would highly recommend!!

Family Vacation

The house and location is beautiful, with more than enough room for our family. Not far from where the house is, there’s a fantastic restaurant (go down the stairs and to your right) the food and service were 5 stars and at the same location is a pizza and breakfast place.Beaches are fantastic, we enjoyed swimming, snorkeling and shore diving. The water is so crystal clear, we were able to see lots of sea life.After all the exploring, it was nice to be able to return to the house, relax and unwind in the infinity pool or hot tub. There’s so much to see and do in Curacao, just not enough time. It was a great vacation destination.

We had an amazing stay!! The house is beautiful, the pool and the views are amazing. For sure keep the doors open to allow the breeze to come through the house!! Hans is very responsive and informative. Highly recommend playa Porto Marie, which is very close to the house! We used the car as well and it was perfect for getting our family of 5 around the island!! We will be back!

Paradise found!

Just what we needed! Hans was so kind and kept in contact to make sure everything was clear, and our needs were met. When we did have any problems or concerns, he responded within minutes. Everything was very professional and clear.There was Plenty of space for extended family to relax. Amazing views, with waves crashing on shore below. Iguanas kept us entertained and liked to be fed. The very well appointed, HUGE Kitchen has all your needs for anything you wish to make. The place was clean and comfortable. You will need a car as most places you wish to visit and the better food store, "Centrum" are about 35 min away. Bring skin so soft to avoid bites as "no see ums" do come out at night. If looking for a quiet place3 to relax in very private setting, just book now, you will not regret it!We had "touch of taste" Private chef Rene' cook for us twice. Look him up, I highly recommend...HIGHLY recommend! Each course was amazing! Try the Caribbean menu for local tasting. There was plenty of food. We had 2 chefs and all foodies with us, and we were all quite impressed with his creativity. It is so worth not heading out to plan, shop, cook, and clean. When he left, there were no signs that he had ever come! Plus, he and his partner were such lovely people.Really all there is to say about Hans, and Villa Magic Time is you will thoroughly enjoy, book now! :)

Had a great week at this house. Coral Estate is an awesome, secure location with all the amenities you could want. Villa Magic Time is the amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. Will be hard to top this vacation rental and it’s amazing views.

Wonderful!

Our experience with the owner and the property was outstanding! OMG! We loved the pool & patio area, and we spent most of our days and nights outside there. We explored the places we wanted to see outside the resort community, but we always looked forward to getting back to the house, pool and patio! Hans was very responsive and kind, and I never felt like I was bothering him with questions. The things outside anyone's control would be the flies and "no-see-ums"...they loved me! Not sure we'll ever get back there, but if we did, that house is the perfect place to stay!

The home is stunning. It is very thoughtfully furnished and equipped. The outdoor space has a great sea view to enjoy especially delightful in the morning with your coffee or espresso. The pool is inviting to relax in especially after a day of sight seeing. Both the home owner and the property manager communicated well and were very helpful. It’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to enjoy again.

Fun relaxing time with friends

The house was very spacious with a large kitchen. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a dream that no words can match. The sunsets were also breathtaking. One small hiccup was we ran out of gas with the outdoor grill, we contacted the property manager and she had us a new full tank within 10 minutes. You could not ask for better service. Overall a great experience

The house was amazing -- the view was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The play space upstairs was amazing for our kids. It was a great week and we will be back. The owner and property management were very helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent place to stay

We stayed at the Magic Villa 01/17/25 thru 01/24/25. Everything listed on the VRBO sight was exactly as advertised. The pictures do not do it justice. From the moment you walk in the door, you see the infinite pool and ocean, you know it is going to be a wonderful vacation. From Suzanne, our host to Hans, the owner was very helpful and we had immediate response to any of our concerns that we had. The house is very well stocked and very clean, we didn’t need for anything. Electricity on the island is expensive; we were allotted a certain amount per person per day. If we went over, we would have to pay for the extra amount that we used. We kept within the limit thanks to Suzanne giving us instructions on how to do so. The house has solar panels, so when the electricity went out on the entire island, Hans the owner emailed us to let us know that we should not even notice since the solar panels run most everything in the house except the dryer and air conditioning. To keep within the allotted electricity, we were told to turn the air conditioning off during the day & just turn it on at night to cool down for sleeping. Opening all doors brought a wonderful breeze throughout the house during the day. We did have issues with flies coming in & some mosquitos sitting out by the pool at night. Bug spray is recommended. The Island itself is beautiful, very friendly and we felt very safe traveling throughout the island. We had an amazing stay and would recommend staying here to anyone!

Highly recommend

Villa Magic Time is a beautiful, spacious home! The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and the air conditioners available in each bedroom provide reprieve from the humidity at night. The best thing about Villa Magic Time is the GORGEOUS pool overlooking the ocean! Incredible, relaxing view that makes it hard to want to leave! This home is located in a community with a few restaurants about a mile down the road. If you desire to do more in Willemstad just know it is a considerable drive and traffic is pretty slow. A rental car is a must. The owner and property manager were so kind and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend this amazing home!

Wonderful Family Trip

Our family of ten enjoyed this spacious villa. There was plenty of room to spread out inside, however we spent the majority of our time in the outdoor areas. The covered patio offered ample seating for relaxing and eating. The pool got plenty of use.The location of the villa worked well for us. We enjoyed the three restaurants and beach at the resort down the street. The communication with the owner and property manager was superb. They were responsive to our questions, offered suggestions and even arranged transfers to/from the airport.

Couples Get Away

The property is awesome. Great views from the master and kitchen. Very private. Easy communication with the owner and local property management.
