Perfect Spot

This was one of my favorite vacation spots! The parking and beach access were amazing. The pool and other amenities were clean and readily available. We were close enough to battle the crowds at Clearwater beach, but far enough to remain in peace and quiet. Thank you Larry and Becky!

Something for everyone

We just finished an amazing, memorable week-long stay here in Clearwater. From gorgeous sunrises to watching manatees swim and dolphins play, it was a magical experience. The water is so clear and calm. It was fun for our children, ages 11 and 13, to dive under water and look at fish and find shells. The water was so warm and relaxing with very gentle swells. The beach is cleaned daily. We enjoyed playing in the pool as well. The pool does have more strict rules but that was ok to limit noise and to allow all ages to enjoy peacefully. The condo had great amenities and everything we needed. All guidelines were clearly laid out and everything easy to find. We only needed help once (to find something) and the Tates were incredibly timely and overly helpful in their response. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Becki and Larry's condo was wonderful! So clean and had everything we needed. It was close to great spots both to the north and the south. Becki and Larry got back to me within minutes and were very helpful for everything. Cannot rate this high enough - highly recommend!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Condo is spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. The views of both the ocean and bay were fantastic. The balcony had lots of room. We enjoyed coffee and lunch daily with a million dollar view. The amenities were excellent… access to beach, pool, tennis, game room. The beach at this condo was nice and felt private. Location was perfect. Close to everything Clearwater has to offer. A few restaurants and shops close by. Check in and check out were easy. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Stay at the Tate Condo

We have stayed in various condos in FL for years. This was at least as excellent as any of them. The owners are customer focused and treated us well. The building is centrally located for Clearwater/St. Petersburg. The condo has a beautiful view of sunsets. All the amenities we expect were present and in good order. It lived up to our expectations and it will be our destination for any future stay in the greater St. Petersburg area.

Beautiful condo and view

What a perfect week! We loved our stay at this condo. The property is very clean and well maintained. We couldn’t get enough of the view! We enjoyed the spacious balcony and the easy access to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas are stored in an area near the pool for easy access! The area is not crowded and the owners were extremely accommodating. I really can’t say enough about the overall property and condo. Amazing!!

More than we have expected

Just back from a 4 week stay at this condo, we are very pleased with what we experienced there. We arrived in the dark, but already then we found everything in exceptional good condition. After the first night on extremly comfortable mattresses (very nice for middleaged persons with some backissues) in the masterbedroom we appreciated in the first morning light the wonderful view from the balcony. The first Keurig coffee there was accompanied by the first sight of a group of young dolphins short of the shoreline and huge floks of Pelikans sailing by in eyehight of our 18th floor balcony railing. From then on we spent a lot of our time there when not at the beach, the pool or on excursions. Sunsets from there are nearly too colourful to be true. Everything was like described in former rececisions and we are very happy that we found this place for our 4 weeks in Florida. Becky and Larry are indeed very nice to deal with and we can only recommend this condo for everyone looking for a great way to experience relaxing beach holidays a little separated from the crowd but anyway with good dining options reachable by foot in the vicinity or the chance to use the trolley departing straight in front of the building to the center of Clearwater Beach or even to the other direction to the fun places in the south hopping the islands in that way, sparing the parking problems at the desired destinations. All in all we had a perfect vacation thanks to that beautiful place.

Such a great girls trip.

Beautiful condo on the 18th floor with amazing views. Walking distance to Clearwater beach that has great bars and food. Communication with hosts was spot on. Nothing but great things to say about this lovely, clean condo!!
