The Space:

• LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN:

Enjoy the open and inviting living spaces, perfect for gathering with family, entertaining friends, or simply relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of natural light from the surrounding windows. Be sure to review the Amenities List to confirm that everything you need is available during your stay.



• LAUNDRY ROOM:

(Washer & Dryer). A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience and are located inside the garage, right next to the kitchen. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided for your stay.



• 1ST BEDROOM:

Master Suite - Retreat to the comfort of the private master suite, featuring a cozy queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room also includes a spacious walk-in closet, dresser, and a 32" Smart TV for your convenience and relaxation.



• 1ST BATHROOM:

Located inside Bedroom 1, this fully renovated private bathroom features a modern walk-in shower and is exclusively accessible from the master suite.



• 2ND BEDROOM:

Just as spacious as the primary bedroom, Bedroom 2 features a comfortable queen-size bed and private access to the backyard. For added security, the exterior door is equipped with a deadbolt lock. The room can comfortably accommodate the included twin air mattress, making it an excellent option for families or groups who need additional sleeping space. Guests will also find a small closet with shelving and hanging space for convenient storage during their stay.



• 2ND BATHROOM:

Conveniently located right next to Bedroom 2, this full-size bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination, making it ideal for both relaxing baths and quick showers.



• BACKYARD:

Access to the backyard is available through the living room, the second bedroom, and the garage. The backyard is fully fenced, providing plenty of privacy and a great space for pets to play and enjoy outdoors. A grill is available for a $50 fee, which includes propane as well as cleaning before and after use.

Please note that our lawn care provider services the property weekly and accesses the backyard through the side gate only—there is no need for entry into the house.

For security purposes, there is one camera located in the backyard facing the grill and gazebo area. If you'd like additional privacy while using the gazebo, simply lower the gazebo shades.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you are welcome to smoke outdoors. An ashtray is provided for your convenience; we kindly ask that it be emptied and cleaned after use.



• PARKING:

The property features a private garage that can accommodate a small car, as well as a spacious driveway that easily fits larger vehicles, including RVs and boats.

Street parking is permitted; however, we do not recommend it. The street is relatively narrow and frequently used by trash collection services, delivery trucks, and construction vehicles, which can make street parking less convenient and increase the risk of accidental damage.



• PETS:

We are happy to welcome pets! Please note that a pet fee applies, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during the stay. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture at any time. Pet owners are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including in the backyard. Trash bags are provided for your convenience. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.

Conveniently located in St. Petersburg, you’ll be just 10 minutes from Downtown St. Petersburg, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, parks, and some of the area’s beautiful Gulf beaches.

Madeira Beach



Distance: Approximately 13 miles west

Features: Known for John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, offering shops, dining, and water sports. The beach itself is beautiful and less crowded.



Fort De Soto Park



Distance: About 16 miles southwest

Distance: Around 12 miles southwest
