Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas.

Laundry area:
Washer and dryer are available on the same floor as the unit. It is shared and paid.

Parking:
Free parking is available. We allow a maximum of two vehicles per stay, as only two parking passes are available. Parking passes are required to prevent vehicles from being towed.

Off-limits:
Cleaners’ supply closet is locked and not accessible to guests.

Only individuals 18 years or older can make a reservation.

Luggage Drop-Off

Tropical Setting
You may encounter tropical creatures like geckos, lizards, or frogs. Their presence is normal in this environment and is out of our control.

No Smoking
Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge.

Check-Out Policy

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

A $500 penalty will be imposed for violating this policy.
