Nestled in the heart of the #1 rated beach area in the U.S., this is one of the only boutique vacation complexes located ON THE BEACH! Experience relaxing beach life, steps from your door to the iconic white sands. Nearby, countless attractions await!

You’ll love the closeness to the water, as it’s literally steps from your door! This cozy unit has all the amenities you’ll need for a night, a week, a month, or more! Unlike the other 90% or more of beach rental properties, I own the unit and manage it myself (no management company to deal with), so you’ll get personal attention to ensure your getaway is an enjoyable one! It comes with one designated parking space (free with your stay), and if you have a second car, there’s plenty of free parking nearby.

On-site 9-foot heated pool (open 365 days a year). Laundry is also on-site if needed (coin operated).

Dee, our Housekeeping & Guest Coordinator, will be on-site most days from 11am-1pm. I live locally in Tampa, and occasionally have the opportunity to visit with guests & assist with needs. Most mid-stay needs can be coordinated by Dee, during her hours on-site.

NOTE: We manage this unit and all our listings independently, to keep our rates low. Therefore, guests will only have access to OUR support (eg, no front desk, 24-hr concierge, etc).

Historic Johns Pass, Clearwater Beach, and St. Pete Beach are all a short drive away! You can also access these areas with the Suncoast trolley, which has regular stops just outside the complex! And don’t forget the free beach rideshare program, which operates on Gulf Blvd and will pick you up at the condo, taki you anywhere you want in the beach (they operate strictly on tips.)! Downtown St. Pete is also only a 20 minute drive/Uber. As you’ll see on the map, this particular area is approximately the central point of the Beach from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach!

Every Mode of transportation is available from here- Uber/Lyft, bus, bike paths, etc. This unit comes with one included parking space (unit 10 space). If you have an additional vehicle, there is free parking on Gulf Blvd. The Suncoast Trolley also operates right past the unit and cruises up and down Gulf Boulevard, with a designated stop right next to the Monterey complex.

The unit is operated by a combo, so you won’t need a key! You`ll receive the code before check-in.
Pet Policy: the HOA allows two pets, up to 25 lbs. each. Any pet above 25 lbs. is strictly prohibited by the HOA on site- they reserve the right to ask guests who violate this rule to leave. The only exception are service animals with credentials. Please designate you`re bringing a pet with you, prior to your reservation. A one-time pet fee does apply.

NOTE: Although we welcome our guests` furry friends, most beaches in Florida-including ours- do NOT allow pets. Guests risk a $250 fine from Pinellas County if they`re caught with a pet on the beach.

Speaking of furry friends, we’d be remiss not to mention the possibility of encountering Florida’s unofficial state bird- the palmetto bug- during your stay. Yes, they are harmless, and no, they are not pleasant to see, especially for our friends from up north, who aren’t accustomed to seeing them like we do.

Despite regular pest control visits treating the inside and outside of our units to mitigate, the extreme summer heat and humidity brings these creatures out in droves. It is a literal impossibility to keep them out of units with 100% certainty. Please understand this and take into consideration, if you happen to see one or two during your stay. We’re a first floor building, built in the 1950’s. Despite $1M in building renovations in 2026, there’s always a chance of them sneaking in.

As such, we kindly request our guests to refrain from reporting us to Airbnb for an “infestation”, etc., when that is simply not the case.

Make sure your guest count is accurate! We use this to determine linens, ensure there’s enough materials for your stay, etc.

Early Check-in/Late Check out: Our housekeeping crew is mighty, but small. They typically take care of several units per day, and only have a 4-hour window to prep them. To ensure we meet the timelines promised for our guests, we aren’t able to accommodate early check-in/late check out.

If you need a blow-up mattress for an extra guest, please request one via Airbnb Messenger at least 24 hours prior to check-in!

Smoking is ONLY allowed in the designated smoking area, located at the side of the complex. NO smoking inside the unit- evidence of smoking will result in a $300 debit from your security deposit!
