Just 1.5 blocks off the main road where you can explore some of Dunedin`s finest breweries, and all types of restaurants to fulfill your palate.
If shopping makes you happy, we have several local shops to buy the right gift or something special for yourself!

You will feel right at home in this clean modern designer unit from the moment you walk in the door. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook like a chef if you choose to. There are 2 flat screen TVs and 2 queen beds. You can live like a local on vacation since we are a stone`s throw from everything Dunedin. You can park your car and walk to restaurants, bars and the marina. The Pinellas Trail is right around the corner where you get some exercise. Bike rentals are available there, so everything you need is right here in this space.

From April thru late October we do have high humidity in air and sometimes air conditioning in condo may be more sensitive to different conditions then usually due to tropical conditions of wether and the air we have may have a humid scent.

You are renting the entire space with separate entrance. First floor of a 2 story building.

Downtown Dunedin is a conglomerate of different types of restaurants, wine bars, unique breweries, coffee bars and ice cream. Walk a couple of blocks to the marina to watch the most beautiful sunsets around.

You can take the Jolley Trolley north to Tarpon Springs or south to St. Petersburg. The local stop is right around the corner. You can also go to Clearwater Beach by boat from the Dunedin marina and get lucky to see some dolphins along the way!

**Only 1 car per unit allowed on property. There are free parking spaces within walking distance
**No parties permitted under any circumstances*
**No smoking or vaping in or within 30 feet of a building.
**Keep the volume low after 10pm
**Must be at least 25 years old to book
**Tiki bar behind the unit has music from Wednesday to Sunday until 10pm.

The bikes are shared with other two units. They are used on first come first serve basis.
Quiet time after 10pm.
No smoking or vaping allowed within 50 feet of the property. No exceptions!
No parties allowed
Minimum age to rent is 25.
*One car per unit allowed on property. There are several free parking spaces in the area.
No charging of Golf Carts
Leave all entrances free of obstruction and sidewalks.
