Problems with our stay included, a car getting towed, an entry code not working, blood stains on the bed sheets, and a strange stench in the room. First when you arrive there is a welcome email saying they value their guests and they would like to let you in early if they can. We arrived at 2:15 and check in was at 4, I called and spoke with a lady and she interrupted me and said no check in isn't until 4 and another email would come with steps on how to get in. So we had to pay for additinal hours of parking, because there really wasn't an accommodation for early check in. When the check in email arrived there were instructions on placing a parking pass in your window, there weren't any specifications on what the parking pass is and that you can't park in front of the pool without a special pass. We put what we thought was the parking pass in our window and had our car towed. When we called for help the representative said he couldn't help us and then thankfully he did end us helping us, BUT he sent me to a WRONG address to pick up my mistowed car. Terrible! I lyfted to the wrong address and was sincerely scared for my life. Additionally, when we first arrived the code didn't work for our door, we had to use a back up key and there is only one of them. Lastly, there was two blood stains on our sheets and strange smell, I wasn't sure if it was from the cleaning solution used or the mold at the top of the shower. Overall, this felt like a nightmare experience and I am glad it is over.
